Dagens sminkning är en sotad look med fokus på ovansidan av ögonen. Det är inte bara riktigt snyggt utan även ett bra knep om man gillar mycket ögonsmink men lätt känner sig “översminkad”. För så fort man sminkar undersidan av ögonen så känner man sig ofta direkt mycket mer sminkad.
Detta är även en bra sminkning när man har det “problemet” att man ska på festligheter på kvällen men har andra vardagliga sysslor på dagen (så som jobb/skola) och så hinner man inte sminka om sig emellan. Jag kan gå festsminkad på en vardag utan problem, men många vill inte ha en mycket smink på jobbet och då är det här en bra “mellansminkning” som inte är superparty på dagen och inte heller diskret på en fest.

What do you think? What I like about skull make-up is that you are very dressed up but can at the same time feel good-looking! Sharp cheekbones are really nice as well haha :)
It was very difficult to capture in the picture but in reality the make-up was even more cold and glowy as I have a light silver eye shadow (with luster, not glitter) as a highlighter on cheekbones, chin and a little here and there on the effects on the face. Became very cool!
The eye shadow I used as a highlighter is the lightest shade in the 3 palette Paese Opal Trio Eyeshadow in the shade Ice Queen.
What do you think of the Colorful Skull Makeup look? :) I've actually never done a skull make-up before, I'm amazed, but I think it was a lot of fun! The teeth were a little hard to get and I did a little too many at first which I made up over later, but otherwise it was not so tricky actually!
Make a full-coverage base and apply make-up over the lips with foundation as well. I used mineral foundation for this as it is so easy to sweep over the lips to make them skin colored. In addition, it is easy to improve if there is something you need to correct when applying make-up.
3. Mix the eyeshadow with Kryolan Cake Liner Sealer which is a liquid that, among other things, turns eye shadows into liquid eyeliners. It becomes more durable then and in addition the white color becomes more pigment-rich and sharp.
I did not put over the whole teeth but mostly at the edges, because there will be a little more life and dimensions in the make-up then than if each tooth looks like a chalk-white piece of sugar.
4. Black eye shadow around the teeth. Do not make them completely square, but keep in mind that there is often some space between the teeth. Paese Kashmir Eyeshadow (602)
5. Turquoise and yellow eye shadow over the upper row of teeth, Paese Neo Eyeshadow in shades 687 and 662.
6. A little pinkish purple eyeshadow over the yellow, Paese Neo Eyeshadow (650)
7. Black eye shadow under the cheekbones and on the sides of the chin, Paese cashmere eyeshadow (602)
10. Black eyeliner at the cheekbones, chin and then up into the temple and along the entire hairline.
I have used Kryolan HD Cream Liner which fits super well! You get a carbon black result, easy application as the eyeliner is a cream in a jar, and you do not need to fix with powder but it dries by itself. How good!
In this step, I also made up 2 of the teeth, as I realized that my line of teeth was a bit too long. But it went super easy.

12. Fill in the brows with turquoise eye shadow, and a little black on the outer edges.
Then white eye shadow under the eyebrows and a little here and there around the black details at the cheekbones / chin / temples. Paese Kashmir eyeshadow (601)
13. Do any make-up around the eyes!
I did not photograph the eyes step by step as it had become such a long post. But briefly I have put yellow on the inside, turquoise and blue in the middle, purple pink on the outside, brown along the crease line, eyeliner with wing, white eye shadow over the eyeliner wing and on the bottom of the lower lash line, black shadow smoky on the lower lash line, and finish with mascara.
It is not so much visible in the pictures but then I used the dark gray and the silver eyeshadow out the palette Paese Opal Eyeshadow (Ice Queen) for a more silvery effect on the face. I have shaded the gray one at the cheekbone and along the hairline, and I have the light silvery one as a highlighter on the cheekbone, chin and forehead.
14. Black, turquoise and then a little silver gray on the nose!
The scalp is sprayed with Vision Haircare Cover Up (Black) (Adlink) which is an outgrowth spray that is good when it's time to dye your hair. Or as I usually use it sometimes - to vary :)
I sprayed it out a bit in the lengths as well but it stained easily so do not spray too much. Tip! Finish with hair spray so that it does not discolour as easily.

Last week, the focus was on getting rid of everything superfluous that took place on my to-do list, and this week there was finally room to check out some more fun, creative things!
The week as a whole has been very productive, both with things for preparatory purposes that contribute to development - a lot of focus on personal development with a goal image and drive mixed with health and well-being. Not just for myself but for people around me.
But I have also had time for many things that make a difference now at once, good mix there! :)
Personnel care - Yoga after work
Last Monday we had our first yoga session at the salon! After closing one day a week, a yoga instructor comes to the salon and we train together.
There are many successful people who do yoga and meditation, I have heard in various podcasts;) I really like that everyone not only talks about how important it is to work rock hard, first at work and then at the gym type, but also take care of their mental health.
If yoga is something for me remains to be seen, the first time you just try to keep up with all the instructions haha. By the way, is it just me who finds it hard to think about my breathing? If I think about it, it feels like I'm not getting enough air.
Campaign Plan & Updated Design
Have you seen that we have updated the website? :) Miska and I have worked a lot with this week! Take a look at Creativemakup.se and came with response ♥
Miska and I have such good teamwork when we work with the website! I get speeded up on coffee and cut and paste in photoshop what I want it to look like, which Miska then realizes with codes and plugins here and there that I do not understand much of;)
The top image on the website will be a slide with slideshows of about 4 images that are replaced every month. Now that we're doing the technical stuff, we only have one picture, but I'm in full swing with the October pictures.
Among other things, I will do a Get the look make-up every month with only products that can be bought in the webshop. This week I have done the make-up for next month - a Halloween make-up!
In other words, the salon, the website and our social channels will become more vibrant and, above all, more connected - both in terms of design and that the same images and campaigns are available in all places. Good, is not it? :)

Our graphic design has had to grow a little slowly but surely. We decided on everything basic last autumn, such as the new logo, our colors and fonts, but there is so much more that creates the whole and the feeling, such as the shiny background we have in almost all our photos today and now we added one with a little color in the webshop too :) Surely it turned out fine?

I have also edited a film for a thing I can not talk about, took a total of 6 hours haha. You take so many detours when you are not used to it, but you learn a lot from your mistakes and you also have to comfort yourself with it :)
Kissing meetings - Ppersonal udevelopmentssamtal
In addition, we have had our first kiss meetings! We call our group meetings hug meetings (constructive, fun, all employees) and our personal development talks kiss meetings haha. You have to have a little fun :)
I hold these meetings individually with each person and discuss personal goals, health, well-being, development, areas of responsibility, feedback and have follow-up every month. It feels really rewarding to be able to sit in peace and quiet with each person, you are not spoiled by that!
Det viktigaste vi diskuterar är vikten av att ha framtidsdrömmar. När företagaren Mikael Arndt gästade Framgångspodden så sa han så smart “den största anledningen till att folk inte når sina mål är för att det är någon annan har satt dom” för det är ju ofta så man jobbar i företag, det är ledningen som sätter målen. Men att ha egna mål är såå viktigt! Dom flesta säger att det är viktigt för att man ska nå dom, men jag vill tillägga att det är viktigt för att få det härliga glädjeruset when man har nått dom! Det är så lätt att bara “höja ribban” hela tiden annars och inte förstå hur långt man kommit, jag är själv expert på det.
Now I'll throw on a face mask and have a cup of tea in front of Gossip Girl and recharge my batteries properly for the next business week! :)
I wore this pink make-up when we had a kickoff with the job!
I had a pretty neat outfit with suit pants, linen with polo collar and jacket to it and would hold a pretty extensive presentation, so I wanted to liven it all up with lots of pink :)
Now it's September and no one is happier than me that autumn is here, which is quite simple because most people are not happy at all about it haha.
Jag älskar hösten! Allas semestrar är slut, alla rutiner är back to normal, mysiga koftor och murriga nyanser. Mums! Och jag som är arbetsnarkoman har det sjuka beteendet att jag älskar när det är dåligt väder för då kan man jobba mycket “med gott samvete” utan att känna att man borde passa på att vara ute när solen skiner. Är det fler som känner så eller är det bara jag som är knäpp? :)

Surely the lipstick is nice? I am really periodic with light lips and now it was a long time ago but now I am in such a period again! But I must probably get another shade like this because this morning was the third time my sister had snatched it haha, although this time she was at home and could find it right away as luck would have it;)
gloMinerals is redoing its packaging and is doing a major cleaning among the range, so this lip shade will unfortunately soon be discontinued ..
