Organic Argan Oil

I have become a real fan of oils of various kinds, it can be used for so much! And now I have found a new favorite that I will definitely continue to use, which I have to tell you about :)

About a week ago, I got home organic and cold-pressed argan oil (100%) from Loelle, it is harvested and produced by a women's cooperative in Morocco, certified by ECOCERT.

Argan oil has become a very popular oil because it is so light and penetrates the skin quickly. It moisturizes, repairs, softens the skin and makes it smooth and fine. It should also have a good effect against fine lines, so it can be used as a serum around the eyes where the skin is so thin. The oil contains a lot of vitamin E, which means that it counteracts scarring, accelerates healing and soothes irritated skin.

It also works wonders for your hair! I have e.g. started using a conditioner that contains argan oil and I have noticed a huge difference! I used it before, then I started with the products that came with the loose hair (otherwise the warranty did not apply) but now that they are out, I started with my previous products again. And I actually regret that I have not done it all the time, my hair extensions are like a completely different hair, so smooth and fine!

Argan oil is a very exclusive oil, Loelles costs SEK 89 for 30 ml, but their argan oil is still cheaper than many others as they buy directly from the women's cooperatives in Morocco and there are therefore no intermediaries.

If you buy argan oil, you also contribute to the welfare of the people who work with the production of the oil.

Min åsikt om denna olja är som sagt, helt underbar! Den är inte “jobbigt oljig” som många oljor är, utan går snabbt in i huden och innan det så känns den bara len och mjuk, inte sådär klibbig och hal som många kan vara. Dessutom är den i princip doftlös.

The packaging is small and convenient, and the opening has a kind of stop so that you do not get out too much oil, which is otherwise easy.

I use it on the hair ends, along the cuticles, on my dry spots on the legs, on the feet (heels and cuticles) on the lips and around the eyes.

But there are many, many more uses as well. You can use it as a wrap for hair / scalp / face / feet, mix with your lip gloss, remove waterproof makeup with it, have it in cooking… I think I will become addicted to this product when I have been using it for a while and realize how much it is good for! :)

Bridal makeup (Gold & Glitter)

Yesterday, as I said, I was on site at Hårbolaget in Uppsala and made Malin look beautiful before her wedding!

It's super fun to do bridal make-up I think, the atmosphere itself is so happy at the same time as it is nervous and playful :)

Malin is a super cute girl who basically does not usually put on make-up at all in everyday life, so it was a light and simple make-up that frames and enlarges the eyes. And an eyeliner with a wing as well that gives the look a nice lift!

I took some quick pictures, I wish I was better at taking pictures even when I'm not home, but you can see the make-up in any case despite half the quality. Here she is fixed and ready in addition to the dress that would be on down in the church:

Surely she became fine? :) And most importantly, she seemed completely satisfied too! You know when you have applied the mascara and the make-up starts to come to an end, you see that little smile when she looks in the mirror, then you do not have to ask like;)

I also applied make-up to her mother, who also did not wear make-up at all, barely mascara. Such make-up is fun to do, but also very difficult because it is so very different what such people feel good about. They have sat in the make-up chair for a reason, at the same time as tiny changes can make them feel like a completely different person which of course you do not want. But many also do not want to drive on one for  simple make-up, they have paid for it anyway and as I said sat there for a reason.

So it's just a matter of putting in a little effort all the time and wondering how they feel. The daughter dared to do a lot of makeup in the end, but on the mother we stopped after a brown lash marking and mascara. But she also seemed to feel great! :)

Make-up with few products - Evening

Yesterday I showed one everyday make-up which is great if you are traveling, and do not want to carry so much in the make-up bag. Stylish foundation + eye makeup with only five products!

Now I thought I would show you how you can quickly and easily change that look for the evening by using only three more products :)

The three products I have used are a darker lip gloss, a liquid eyeliner (in felt-tip pen form) and light glitter! In addition, I have put the sun powder (which I had as eye shadow) also under the eye.

Glitter is always more visible in reality, so you have to think a little more bling bling than you see in the pictures :)

I have a little anxiety about the bridal makeup I will go and do now.

It's not the make - up I'm thinking of, we did a test make - up last weekend so I know she will be both nice and happy :)

Without it, my hair I have anxiety about, I will put on make-up and spend the whole morning in a hairdressing salon, in other words be surrounded by hairdressers, and my hair is starting to get really awful now!

You should actually move up the loose hair every 6 weeks, and I have not done it since MARCH 24! Which means I'm in week 11 next week!

I have hairdressing time on Thursday as luck would have it, although it feels like an eternity until then as I have grown so much that my extensions hang several centimeters from the scalp. The brackets seem to protrude from the hair when you move and are very clearly visible.

Lynn from Creative Zone who will get a hold of my needle on Thursday will hate me haha. But I simply could not afford until now, I still have not got the money back since my account was hijacked, but they are expected to come next week so I keep my fingers crossed for it :)

IMG_7957Yes, you see for yourself. The middle bracket should sit at the level where the upper brackets are, so long is my growth! And the upper mounts should in other words sit even higher up, it is not the one in the middle that has slipped down;)

I who actually prefer loose powder to matte the make-up, actually like this pressed powder too!

The powder dulls the skin but you still have radiance. The formula feels smooth, is easy to apply and the result is natural and fine. No weirdness! :)

The shades available are very simple Light, Medium and Dark, and I got home the darkest shade unfortunately and have therefore not used the powder more than once. But I still experienced that the color itself adapted well to my skin tone, and therefore it is enough to just go for whether you are dark or light, and you do not have to think about warm and cold skin tones.

However, I did not use the powder powder that comes with it, I prefer a fluffy brush when I apply powder!

Now I'm going to make a hot cup of tea and work in front of the computer all evening. Miska is still not home, I ate ice cream for lunch and still have not figured out any dinner haha. I'm not lazy, I just hate to cook when I'm alone;)

And tomorrow it will be up early because then I will go to Uppsala and do a bridal make-up! :) Hope I get to take some pictures and post so you can see the result later.
