I absolutely believe that many supplements are good for health and thus also reflected in the appearance, even though I also believe that much of what is on the market is completely unnecessary to put in.
But I have never tried a dietary supplement that has actually given visible results - until now!
I always bleach the growth exactly every two months (it's been two months now) and therefore always know how much has grown out of it. And I can say, without a doubt, that I usually never have this long outgrowth this time!
It is namely the case that two months ago I ate a 30-day course with tablets for hair and nails from Yves Rocher. And that's the only explanation I have for why my hair may have grown extra much! :)
It costs SEK 149 for 30 tablets, and you take one a day.

The difference in the nails is difficult to say exactly, because I have done nail reinforcement at the salon. But since I started with the tablets, I have not broken a single nail, and the growth was also longer than usual. In addition, Christina at Nail Uppsala says that they look much nicer, my own nails usually want to release a little from the reinforcement when they grow, but they have not done that now.
However, this with the nails may also be due to the fact that they are not as long as I did before, and that I have become more careful in lubricating the cuticles. So that it would be the tablets, I dare not stand for 100%, but since I have no other explanation for the hair has grown so why not? :)
