I have been using Manukahonung MGO 600+ for a while to relieve my sore throat and try to get rid of my recurring sore throat / throat infections. So...
I have an appointment at Nails Uppsala again on Thursday next week, and feel that I have a complete lack of nail inspiration ..
But I know that I have many creative girls with good taste who peek in here, so I just wanted to say that if you have any inspirational pictures, it is greatly appreciated by this lady if you want to share :)
You may have made your own nails and posted on a blog, then just link, or if you have a nice picture in an inspiration folder, it is super good to email Helena@Imakeyousmile.se.
If you link to a blog and I make nails inspired by a special image, you will of course get a link when I have fixed the nails later, so that everyone can see where I got the idea from :)
I like sweet, colorful, glitter and bright! You know me;)
Sofie sa… “Jag har en fråga som jag bara måste få svar på och jag tror det är många som undrar detta, eller så är bara jag efter haha..
I would be overjoyed if you taught me this so here we gooo:
What is the difference between a bronzer and a shading / contour powder type? Asså difficult to explain but what is the big difference lixom? What is the difference between how to apply it and what effect should they have?
The only thing I know is that when I shade I do it under the cheekbone to push it in and get a clearer cheekbone but then I also have a lot of bronzers at home but do not really know when and how to use them?
Would be so HEAVENLY happy if you could show in a video, it does not have to be long! Hugs :) ”
It's not as hard as you make it sound, but I remember thinking the same as you before so it's absolutely no stupid question :)
Shading powder is for shaping the face, and it should simply be a powder that is a ton darker than your own skin tone. Preferably a little gray-brown to make it look like a real shadow.
It is very easy to use a bronzer as shading as well, I usually do, as long as it is a fairly natural shade with not too much shimmer or gold tone.
Here is an old video where I show shading, highlighter and blush:
Bronzer can also be used to get a sun-kissed look. If you are pale, this can be a little crazy, but if you have a darker complexion or are tanned, it is great with a shimmery bronzer to emphasize the skin tone.
Many people say that you should apply bronzer where the sun hits first, which is in the middle of the nose, cheeks, chin and forehead. Admittedly, there is something in it, but I do not usually do it because it makes the face look a little flatter - it is quite the opposite of how to shape the face with shading and highlighter.
I hope you are happy with the answer and got a little more clarity in the whole thing! :)
We are moving towards brighter times, and after all the dark New Year's make - up and cold snow make - up, I got mad at doing a real summer make - up!
Maybe something for you who have booked a trip to a warm place? And we who stay at home in Sweden can see it as an invigorating look in the winter darkness, that's important too! :)

Emelie sa… “Hiss! Så himlans snyggt. Skulle också vilja testa det där, men tyvärr blir mina läppar sååå torra av att ha läppstift (måste ha lypsyl hela tiden och de funkar ju inte med läppstift). Finns de nåt läppstift som inte är torrt? Eller har du några tips kanske? :)”
Yes, stop lypsyl, bums! :)
It sounds like you've become addicted to lypsyl, which is why your lips are dry. So it is not the lipstick that dries out your lips, it is simply as you say - because you can not have the lip balm underneath.
Lypsyl helps for the moment so that your lips feel soft, but it also makes the lips stop producing their own fat, which makes them drier and drier, and you then have to lubricate more and more often.
When you stop, it will be extremely difficult for a while, then you will be very dry, but then your own production will start up again and then you will manage without the lip awl.
When my boyfriend stopped taking Lypsyl, he managed it thanks to the fact that he lubricated his lips with a little Vaseline when he felt that it was for difficult, but not often.
