I have been using Manukahonung MGO 600+ for a while to relieve my sore throat and try to get rid of my recurring sore throat / throat infections. So...
In the summer, I do not spend as much time on the basic make-up as I do during the winter.
When you are completely pale from the beginning and need to get some life in the skin, concealer, foundation, sun powder / shading, blush and highlighter are usually required.
But in the summer I have so much luster naturally, and also much better skin.
I organized my picture folders the other day, really had no order at all among all the make-up pictures so it could take half an hour if I were to find something special.
Then I managed, hear and be amazed, to find another make-up that I have not published!
Have done many similar ones before, but it's always good with a little party inspiration like this on a Friday;)

Sometimes I get the question, what is your best beauty ploy?
I always have such a hard time answering it, there are so many answers! Sleep and taking care of your skin are two very boring but true and important details, which I usually answer.
But I have started to think a bit about that question…
A boyfriend and I sat and discussed each other's looks once, after which he said:
“Men Helena, du är så himla glad och rolig hela tiden så det spelar ingen roll hur du ser ut, alla killar vill vara tillsammans med dig ändål!”
There we have the answer. Self-confidence and a positive attitude is my best beauty trick! (In addition to sleep and hygiene, hehe)
You must dare to treat yourself, and dare to be happy and satisfied with life! Joy is contagious :)
Det går så himla mycket propaganda på Facebook hela tiden om att “it's okay to be sad”Etc. Yes, absolutely, you should not always walk around with a fake smile and you should be able to cry for your loved ones.
But more people should walk around with a real smile! Everyone has things to be sad about, but far too few focus on everything you have that is actually wonderful!
A home, family, friends, children, job, legs to walk on, food on the table… If you do not have one, you have the other. Focus on everything good instead of putting energy into things that you still can not change!
Ibland när folk frågar “How's it going?” och man svarar “great!” så får man tillbaka ett irriterat “yes but it's always great with you, you never have a bad day ...”
But why would I complain about that? It just requires more energy and I do not get anything out of it anyway. Things / people who take more energy than they give, can stay away from me :)

I felt super good looking in this make-up yesterday!
Almost did not want to wash it off, but was so eager to try my new makeup remover from Peggy Sage so it disappeared pretty quickly anyway.
The blue mascara looks quite flat in the picture, but you simply have to trust me when I say that the make-up looks much nicer in reality! You can simply test it;)
Light green eye shadow on the entire eyelid. Green eye shadow along the globe line. Khaki green eye shadow smoked up along the globe line and at the end of the lower lash line. Turquoise eye shadow at the bottom of the lower lash line.
