It was a long time since we talked a little entrepreneurship here in the blog! :) I got very positive feedback when I wrote more about it before, so here is an update on the situation and some cash mobile pictures of what my day has looked like!<\/p>\n

For a year, I have gone from working from home with only a blog and webshop, to starting up a 360 sqm salon in central Uppsala with 6 employees and 3 co-owners. We just got the reports from March which turned out to be a real record month! And in June, By Her AB has been around for a whole year and if sales continue as they have in recent months, we have a final figure that we are all MORE than proud of :)<\/p>\n

If we are satisfied? If we feel ready? Answer no!<\/strong><\/p>\n

The most fun thing about our team is that no one is one who thinks small and short-term, we dare to think big and constantly get new ideas that many had not even dared to think haha.<\/p>\n

But to grow, and above all to have a business that capable of<\/em> to grow fast, you have to have a good foundation to stand on. Therefore, we have now started business development with Peragenda, which will be with us for 1 1\/2 years to come. We have met at some long meetings already, and are finally starting to get started properly!<\/p>\n

The whole start has been spent going through our business and looking at it properly. There have been a lot of lectures and lots of information and knowledge about business building, and it's so sickly interesting and inspiring!<\/p>\n

Det \u00e4r s\u00e5 m\u00e5nga f\u00f6retag\u00a0som bara satsar p\u00e5 marknadsf\u00f6ring och f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljning f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 in s\u00e5 mycket pengar som m\u00f6jligt, men n\u00e4r man inte satsar p\u00e5 grunden i f\u00f6retaget s\u00e5 blir det till slut att alla\u00a0bara springer runt som virvelvindar och “sl\u00e4cker br\u00e4nder” och akuta l\u00f6sningar som m\u00e5ste fixas nu nu nu, helst ig\u00e5r. Och det \u00e4r varken roligt eller effektivt.<\/p>\n

We want structure, 100% control of the situation and above all a really great workplace! :) That's why we have now invested in business development with Peragenda and I feel inspired at my fingertips :)<\/p>\n

We have partly looked at what shortcomings and opportunities we have, but above all what we\u00a0wants<\/strong>\u00a0achieve!<\/p>\n

Utan tydliga m\u00e5l s\u00e5 \u00e4r man inte lika effektiv, och framf\u00f6r allt \u00e4r m\u00e5l en otrolig drivkraft. Det \u00e4r s\u00e5 l\u00e4tt h\u00e4nt att bara blicka fram\u00e5t hela tiden att man aldrig inser att “idag \u00e4r jag exakt d\u00e4r jag f\u00f6rut \u00f6nskade att jag skulle vara” och ge sig sj\u00e4lv en klapp p\u00e5 axeln och fira ordentligt, innan man g\u00e5r vidare med n\u00e4sta steg :)<\/p>\n

Today we finally finished with our goal picture, and have three clean goals set that we should have reached last June 30, 2017.<\/p>\n

Annika and our goals! :) Have blurred them a bit so you can not read, I like to share goals and such thoughts when<\/em> I have reached the goals, not before haha.<\/p>\n

N\u00e4r man spaltar upp sina tankar och m\u00e5l s\u00e5 h\u00e4r (bra att g\u00f6ra \u00e4ven privat) s\u00e5 inser man hur mycket man har i huvudet i on\u00f6dan. Det var s\u00e5 extremt m\u00e5nga punkter (innan vi “st\u00e4dade” och kom fram till 3 stycken till slut) som har legat\u00a0som ett stressmoment i bakhuvudet, men n\u00e4r man verkligen b\u00f6rjar t\u00e4nka efter\u00a0vad varje punkt har f\u00f6r betydelse, s\u00e5 inser man att g\u00f6r man bara de viktigaste delarna s\u00e5 kommer resten att komma automatiskt. Fascinerande faktiskt! :)<\/p>\n

I could chat about this for ages, hope you find it interesting! But now I'm going to start washing and donating a lot here at home. Will wash 100 bandage rolls (wraps for the UCW treatment) which will be a total of 8 washing machines, pjuh.<\/p>\n
