Makeup tips in the webshop & focus on what you are best at!<\/strong>
\nI have started filming more and more, which I think is super fun! Last Thursday I worked from home and filmed 10 tips (and lots of little tips baked in) when applying eye shadow. I thought it was so fun to do this!<\/p>\n

Jag \u00e4lskar att sminka men det jag \u00e4lskar mest \u00e4r produkter och att l\u00e4ra ut, jag f\u00e5r ofta h\u00f6ra att jag \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt bra p\u00e5 det ocks\u00e5 :) Ibland blir man sugen p\u00e5 att g\u00f6ra mer “coola looker” och s\u00e5nt man ser mycket p\u00e5 instagram men jag t\u00e4nker mycket p\u00e5 det d\u00e4r med att fokusera p\u00e5 det man \u00e4r b\u00e4st p\u00e5, och i mitt fall \u00e4r det att utbilda och skapa material som \u00e4r lite mer matnyttigt. Och det \u00e4r ju s\u00e5 kul ocks\u00e5!<\/p>\n

This will be up on youtube and in the blog soon but also in the webshop, partly among all beauty guides but also directly on related products. For example. if you go for an eyeshadow primer or eyeshadow brush in the webshop, there is also a movie there with 10 tips on applying eyeshadow. Good, is not it? :)<\/p>\n

The idea is that the webshop will more and more contain lots of makeup tips, both pictures and movies. Most fun project \u2665<\/p>\n

Balance & performance<\/strong>
\nJag h\u00f6rde\u00a0G\u00fcnter M\u00e5rder prata om “balans i livet” i\u00a0F\u00f6retagarpodden f\u00f6r ganska l\u00e4nge sen, han sa att det inte g\u00e5r att ha det som f\u00f6retagare.\u00a0Jag har funderat mycket p\u00e5 det d\u00e4r…<\/p>\n

There is so much talk about stress, burnout and how careful one must be. Talk about mental health, exercise, diet, well-being in every corner.<\/p>\n

Samtidigt lyssnar man p\u00e5 framg\u00e5ngsrika personer som pratar om hur h\u00e5rt man m\u00e5ste jobba f\u00f6r att n\u00e5 tid man vill. Man ska g\u00e5 upp extra tidigt, effektivisera, jobba l\u00e5nga dagar och helst extra mycket n\u00e4r konkurrentera har helg\/semester f\u00f6r det \u00e4r d\u00e5 man “k\u00f6r om dom”.<\/p>\n

Jag tycker ofta att jag har ganska bra balans i detta. Jag jobbar v\u00e4ldigt mycket men\u00a0jag \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 en riktig livsnjutare. Jag och Miska drar in madrasserna och sover i vardagsrummet bara f\u00f6r att somna framf\u00f6r brasan. I fredags avslutade jag dagen med att ligga i badkaret och kolla p\u00e5 film i 3 timmar. Vi har ofta “mysfrukostar” p\u00e5 morgonen innan jobbet. N\u00e4r jag diskar g\u00f6r jag det med h\u00f6rlurar i \u00f6ronen och sjunger h\u00f6gt och glatt.\u00a0N\u00e4r jag jobbar hemma p\u00e5 kv\u00e4llen efter att redan ha jobbat en hel dag p\u00e5 salongen s\u00e5 g\u00f6r jag det med\u00a0en katt i famnen, en kopp te bredvid mig och t\u00e4nda ljus p\u00e5 bordet. Jag har ocks\u00e5 lyxen att jobba med min pojkv\u00e4n s\u00e5 jag beh\u00f6ver aldrig “l\u00e4ngta hem” p\u00e5 jobbet f\u00f6r han \u00e4r med mig hela tiden.<\/p>\n

So I am very happy with my life and not the least bit close to being burned out or feeling bad.<\/p>\n

But that's exactly what's gnawing at me somewhere, sick enough. On Monday, I started working at 7 in the morning in my photo studio and as if for breakfast, dinner and a turn at the Bauhaus, I worked constantly until half past nine in the evening. Then I listened to Businesspodden with Therese Lindgren and she talked about how hard she works - and I thought I wish I worked as hard as she did. I could not at all define myself as being in the same league. I'm not stressed out, I've never had a panic attack and I feel very good.<\/p>\n

So sometimes I'm so happy with my life that I guess I do not work hard enough because I am not exhausted and feel piss when I go to bed - but I do not want that either - but I want to work hard.<\/p>\n

Can any of you recognize myself in my thoughts? Or do you even understand what I mean :)<\/p>\n

At the same time, I think like this - there may be a difference in working hard<\/em> and to work very<\/em>. Is it important to work hard<\/em> if you still get shit done and at the end of the day have gotten lots of things done? No, then I would rather be a person who does not work hard but feels very good!<\/p>\n

Planning of internal training<\/strong>
\nAtt vara en riktigt vass makeupartist kr\u00e4ver att man brinner f\u00f6r yrket och ser till att h\u00e5lla sin kreativa \u00e5dra och kunskaper fr\u00e4scha! Vi p\u00e5 Creative Makeup \u00e4r redan riktigt vassa men det\u00a0finns aldrig en niv\u00e5 d\u00e5 man \u00e4r “f\u00e4rdig” och kan stanna av, f\u00f6r den h\u00e4r branschen utvecklas hela tiden.<\/p>\n

As it looks today when you work in a salon, it does not often become very creative looks, but most people want a natural base and smoky eyes for a party, and all makeup consultations are at such a level that the person should be able to do it themselves at home .<\/p>\n

In addition, new replenishment with knowledge, new trends and trend words, ingredients and hyped news from other brands etc. are constantly required.<\/p>\n

D\u00e4rf\u00f6r h\u00e5ller jag nu p\u00e5 att planera in regelbundna internutbildningar med alla makeupartister och dom\u00a0\u00e4r s\u00e5\u00e5 peppade inf\u00f6r detta! Vi kallar det “Helenas sminkskola” :) Syftet \u00e4r dels rolig teambuilding tillsammans men \u00e4ven att forts\u00e4tta utvecklas som makeupartister.\u00a0Jag kommer f\u00f6rst ha en liten lektion, sedan sminkar de modeller och d\u00e5 kommer vi ge feedback till varandra och leka loss!<\/p>\n

As for the makeup part in the company, I feel that it is my job that everyone should be as experienced as me. Previously, I just assumed that because our makeup artists are just as passionate about the profession, they are just as experienced, but it's also about time. Some have children and such to take care of in their free time and obviously do not have as much time to scroll through social media to stay up to date or do the worst creative make-up on themselves every morning. I put on make-up during working hours for the blog posts and have 2 hours of travel time to work to scroll on instagram and blogs.<\/p>\n

S\u00e5 vid n\u00e4rmare eftertanke har jag full f\u00f6rst\u00e5else f\u00f6r att alla inte kan\u00a0hinna med i sv\u00e4ngningarna att t.ex. highlighter pl\u00f6tsligt blivit en trend som nu kallas “strobing”, att magnetiska l\u00f6s\u00f6gonfransar \u00e4r p\u00e5 infart, att NARS har b\u00f6rjat s\u00e4lja i Kina och pl\u00f6tsligt blir ett djurtestat m\u00e4rke, att cykliska silikoner misst\u00e4nks vara h\u00e4lsofarliga i stora m\u00e4ngder eller att \u00f6gonfranspermanent (som vi ocks\u00e5 utf\u00f6r) numera kallas “lash lift” “lash lamination” och alla m\u00f6jliga olika termer beroende p\u00e5 m\u00e4rken och vad man anv\u00e4nder f\u00f6r v\u00e5rdande produkter i samband med behandlingen. Ja det \u00e4r inte l\u00e4tt att h\u00e4nga med i sv\u00e4ngarna f\u00f6r alla – men s\u00e5n h\u00e4r update t\u00e4nker jag ocks\u00e5 baka in i utbildningarna\u00a0:)<\/p>\n

November pictures<\/strong>
\nWhich I wrote a little fast in business week post<\/a> at the end of september, we started with a campaign structure where we make 4 campaign pictures every month (which will be done in different formats) so that we have a common thread with the same pictures rolled on the website, social media, in the store and in our shop window.<\/p>\n

In October it has been 1. Get the look before Halloween 2. Pink ribbon & backyard tattoo 3. Autumn event 1 Nov 4. Product tips - Kryolan HD Cream Liner.<\/p>\n

Now I am in full swing with the pictures for November! Since there are 4 pictures in 4 different formats, there are a total of 16 pictures to be made. A real puzzle!<\/p>\n

One of the pictures is that our barber Niclas starts November 8 woop woop! In connection with this, we will also have an expanded range of beard and shaving products (as Niclas recommended) and they will of course also be included in the webshop.<\/p>\n

Here I sit in bed and cut together pictures with my cat Carl-Philip in my arms, talking about life-lovers;)<\/p>\n

I worked at the computer type all day yesterday but now I will probably be free all Sunday and just enjoy the day - without pressure that I do not run over my competitors haha.<\/p>\n
