Yesterday around 9 pm Swedish time we landed in Mexico and then it was only 2 o'clock on the day here, you love the time difference when you travel a whole day but still do not miss the whole first day of the holiday! :)<\/p>\n

Now we chill in the heat and the week that has been feels very far away. It feels like no one in the whole world has had such a long to do list as I have had haha. I really worked the iron to be able to be gone for 2 weeks!<\/p>\n

But do you know what? I feel so sick good! Almost a bit laboriously good, this is the level my bar must be at in order for me to be happy as well haha. But I already feel that it would have been unsustainable in the long run, the body says, but it was fun for a week! :)<\/p>\n

Leave as an entrepreneur<\/strong>
\nEtt vanligt citat \u00e4r att man ska bygga ett liv man inte beh\u00f6ver semester fr\u00e5n och det har jag verkligen gjort. Det \u00e4r s\u00e5 m\u00e5nga som \u00e4lskar fredagar f\u00f6r att “det snart \u00e4r helg” och sen hatar man s\u00f6ndagar f\u00f6r att “det snart \u00e4r m\u00e5ndag”. M\u00e5nga\u00a0lever s\u00e5 mycket i framtiden ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r nuet s\u00e5 dom njuter inte heller n\u00e4r framtiden dom l\u00e4ngtat till v\u00e4l kommer.<\/p>\n

I need this holiday for it to be so extremely fun and wonderful, not because I need to escape from my everyday life :)<\/p>\n

Then it's a little harder as an entrepreneur to be free because you have to catch up with everything before, but I still think it's worth it actually!<\/p>\n

The coffee cup has been my best friend on the morning twig hehe. I have worked until 00 at night and got up between 5 and 6 in the morning to work in the photo studio before work. I always do otherwise too but not as many hours as now when I would do blog material for 2 weeks of blogging;)<\/p>\n

Och jag som tjatat s\u00e5 mycket om att s\u00f6mn \u00e4r s\u00e5 viktigt f\u00f6r mig och att jag beh\u00f6ver mina 8 timmar haha,\u00a0men jag m\u00e4rker skillnad redan efter en vecka p\u00e5 det h\u00e4r viset faktiskt. Jag s\u00e4ger fel ord typ “svart” ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r “plast” sa jag en dag, dr\u00f6mmer massor av stressdr\u00f6mmar, gl\u00f6mmer bort vad jag h\u00e5ller p\u00e5 med mitt i en mening o.s.v. Jag \u00e4r inte gjord f\u00f6r att slarva med s\u00f6mnen helt enkelt.<\/p>\n

Mass production of blog posts<\/strong>
\nThis with making a 2-week plan for the blog posts and a deadline for when it will be ready may not be so stupid, I think the phase I have made more and better blog posts for these holidays than I usually have haha!<\/p>\n

On Sundays I will blog about my business week \u00e1 la Mexico but all other posts will be timed. So there are 13 beauty posts in total. There will be a lot of product reviews, which I do not usually do as often, but I hope you like it too?<\/p>\n

Learning by doing<\/b>
\nThis week I set up a structure for how the ordering routines should go at the salon. It is not only sales products that are ordered regularly but also consumption such as eyebrow dyes, receipt rolls, bags, hand soap, coffee for the waiting room, detergent and a thousand things!<\/p>\n

Now we have made it so that Ida is the one who will carry out all orders, and the rest have an area they should keep a close eye on and know how much there should be in stock of each item and order in time before things run out. Then they can easily report to Ida when she should place orders.<\/p>\n

This little project has actually been instructive for me! I have a tendency to do things so carefully that I spend a lot (!) Of time on things that are not used to the extent that it is worth that time. In this case, it was that I started writing down documents and forms for everything that is ordered and how much should be in stock of each product and all the small comments about each thing that are important to know. So that everything can be read in advance and there is no risk that things will go wrong.<\/p>\n

Great idea but in practice I realized that it was more time consuming than I thought and that it is completely pointless for me to make the worst manual book for something that people will learn by heart quickly and then when the next person has to learn we have for sure changed so much in that manual that nothing is true anyway.<\/p>\n

So you know what I did? I deleted everything I had written haha, then I wrote down the most important and we run learning by doing instead! When we are away, they have the task of testing the order for the first time (but do not send it away) to get the routines in and write up any. issues and improvements. Then when it needs to be ordered for real, Miska will be there for the first time, and after that they will have to continue themselves, but that we approve everything before it is sent away.<\/p>\n

In the end, there were some simple documents with a description of the layout and how we start, then we have to take everything step by step and day by day! :) Pjuh!<\/p>\n

A welcome-home document to myself<\/strong>
\nJag har \u00e4ven gjort ett dokument som heter “V\u00e4lkommen hem!” till att jag kommer tillbaka till kontoret igen, med alla to-do-saker\u00a0som jag inte har prioriterat f\u00f6re resan men ska komma ih\u00e5g n\u00e4r jag kommer tillbaka.\u00a0Man kan ju vara lite segstartad efter semester och jetlag s\u00e5 jag t\u00e4nkte att jag ska vara f\u00f6rberedd och hj\u00e4lpa mig sj\u00e4lv p\u00e5 traven lite ;)<\/p>\n

Mixed week!<\/strong>
\nOtherwise, it has been a mixed week with all the usual work that is always done, some new projects with ordering routines, we are ordering some new signs to be designed, we have presented all new metrics and the strategic focus for the staff and counted on a billion numbers before I was completely finished, I have had a lot of customer bookings also including regulars who read in the blog that I am going on vacation who took the opportunity to book before.<\/p>\n

The luxury of owning your own beauty salon<\/strong>
\nSometimes you forget how good you are, like when you go to Mexico and go outside the office door and lie down and fix your lashes without booking an appointment or paying for yourself haha.<\/p>\n

Here I was kind of newly tattooed with the highlighter outside the lip contour, therefore I have a pretty light, sharp edge around the lips in the picture :)<\/p>\n
