IF it was fun to come back to the salon after 2 weeks holiday and the first thing I hear when I step in the door is how good everything has rolled on here and how good everyone has been!<\/p>\n

Next time I go on holiday, I will do it completely without worry in my body, this has really gone really well :)<\/p>\n

The first days after the holidays<\/strong>
\nI would have lied if I had said that I was not difficult to start, the week started with enormous difficulty sleeping at night, I turned around the clock right when we got home but my body still seemed set for Mexico time in the evenings.<\/p>\n

Dessutom hade jag sett framf\u00f6r mig att b\u00f6rja p\u00e5 “ett rent blad” eller vad man s\u00e4ger, men\u00a0det samlas ju en h\u00f6g med saker man inte tagit tag i under semestern + att jag sj\u00e4lv hade sparat saker fr\u00e5n innan semestern.<\/p>\n

So the first few days can be summed up with lots of caffeine in the morning (but stop in time to not have the slightest agility in the body in the evening haha) and just catch up on lots of things.<\/p>\n

But because I had so much inspiration and energy in my soul, even though my body was tired, I am completely rested :) I was so bothered that I did not do work things that took me Forward<\/em>, it felt like I was just doing things that should have been done already. So I squeezed in some such forward-looking work stuff as well which helped the psyche a bit haha!<\/p>\n

Varje g\u00e5ng jag k\u00e4nde att s\u00f6mnbristen gjorde sig p\u00e5mind s\u00e5 t\u00e4nkte jag “Jag \u00e4r handlingskraftig! Jag f\u00e5r saker gjort!” haha och det hj\u00e4lpte mig att fokusera :)<\/p>\n

Among other things, I have completed the campaign photos for February that Malin made completely on her own when we were in Mexico! It's a Valentine's Day make - up, one about Ida being a certified permanent makeup artist, one about a glowing Skin Beauty Illuminating primer that gives radiance to winter-tired skin, and one about teeth whitening.<\/p>\n

\nIn addition, we have a competition on our Facebook page where we compete for 2 pair treatments: haircut + beard trim and lash permanent + lash color! You can choose if you want to win two beards, two lashes or one of both. So you can come and do the treatment at the same time as someone you like! Fint va? :)<\/p>\n

We had taken pictures of beard pictures of Niclas before, but I had no picture of eyelash permanent in action, so I took that picture this week of one of our customers who was kind and showed up! :)<\/p>\n

“Nu har jag l\u00e4rt mig n\u00e5gonting nytt!”<\/strong>
\nI Mexico s\u00e5 h\u00e4ngde vi mycket med ett par fr\u00e5n Wisconsin i USA och en av dom, Tina, sa v\u00e4ldigt ofta “I didn’t know that, now I learned something new!” och hon t\u00e4nkte nog inte p\u00e5 det sj\u00e4lv men f\u00f6r mig var det faktiskt inspirerande! Det m\u00e5ste ju vara superbra f\u00f6r hj\u00e4rnan att h\u00f6gt s\u00e4ga att man har l\u00e4rt sig n\u00e5gonting nytt, dels inser man hur mycket nya saker man l\u00e4r sig hela tiden men jag tror ocks\u00e5 att det blir l\u00e4ttare att faktiskt komma ih\u00e5g dom ocks\u00e5.<\/p>\n

T.ex. n\u00e4r Miska pratade om v\u00e5rt dep\u00e5konto och jag inte visste vad det var (ett konto p\u00e5 banken f\u00f6r v\u00e4rdepapper d\u00e4r vi har v\u00e5ra aktier) s\u00e5 sa jag h\u00f6gt “nu har jag l\u00e4rt mig n\u00e5gonting nytt!” och det gav faktiskt en liten boost och nu tror jag aldrig att jag kommer gl\u00f6mma vad ett dep\u00e5konto \u00e4r haha.<\/p>\n

En annan sak kring att l\u00e4ra sig nya saker – jag brukar f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka s\u00e4ga “jag har inte l\u00e4rt mig det \u00e4n” ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r att s\u00e4ga “jag kan inte det”. Det blir en mer positiv inst\u00e4llning f\u00f6r hj\u00e4rnan \u00e4n att s\u00e4ga h\u00f6gt\u00a0att man inte kan massa saker, f\u00f6r det \u00e4r klart att man can<\/em> you just have not learned it yet! :)<\/p>\n

Holiday puzzle<\/strong>
\nWe are in full swing planning holidays for the summer now, what is complicated is that we have most bookings during the summer and as a Sweden resident and humble manager who cares about everyone, I can not say no to holidays during the summer too though it would have been best for the company. There are several companies that do not grant holidays during the company's busiest time, but it is a matter of course that you should rest and enjoy the little moment of summer that we actually have! Something else feels inhuman :)<\/p>\n

That is why it will instead be a real puzzle. Truly a balancing act for me to make it work for the company while I do everything to make everyone happy. Families with children have to plan holidays with their partner, kindergarten opening hours, etc., so I understand that it is not easy for them either.<\/p>\n

Now the holidays for everyone with fixed times are nailed and ready in any case! Pjuh! :) The schedule as a whole is not exactly finished yet but we are well on our way!<\/p>\n

Weekend job<\/strong>
\nAfter the tough start to the week, I then had quite a few bookings, partly regulars but also make-up consultations that wanted to book me specifically, so when the weekend came I still had a lot of energy and inspiration to take on more inspiring tasks so it has become a lot of homework this weekend :)<\/p>\n

Dels h\u00e5ller jag p\u00e5 att g\u00f6ra ett j\u00e4ttel\u00e5ngt inl\u00e4gg om sminkborstar, och s\u00e5 h\u00e5ller jag som sagt p\u00e5 att strukturera upp v\u00e5ra beauty guides i webshopen. Tidigare har jag bara kopierat in f\u00e4rdiga blogginl\u00e4gg men nu kommer jag l\u00e4gga mer fokus p\u00e5 v\u00e4larbetade inl\u00e4gg, t.ex. detta med borstarna kommer dels finnas om man klickar p\u00e5 “beauty guides” men\u00a0\u00e4ven om man g\u00e5r in p\u00e5\u00a0borsten bland produkterna i webshopen s\u00e5 kommer inl\u00e4gget finnas d\u00e4r.<\/p>\n

Min plan \u00e4r att det dels ska finnas massor av inspiration och roliga sminktips att bl\u00e4ddra bland, jag har ett g\u00e4ng sminkningar som enbart \u00e4r gjorda med produkter fr\u00e5n Creative Makeup som h\u00e5ller p\u00e5 att l\u00e4ggas in i kategorin “get the look” men ocks\u00e5 att\u00a0n\u00e4r man g\u00e5r in p\u00e5 varje produkt s\u00e5 ska det finnas beauty guides med steg f\u00f6r steg, swatch-bilder, videos o.s.v.<\/p>\n

It may not sound messy at all but it is a project that takes a lot of time! :)<\/p>\n

Love to sit at home on the couch or bed and work, I can get so extremely focused when I feel really calm around me. The perception of time disappears completely and suddenly I have been sitting for several hours :)<\/p>\n

I am aware that this week's pictures were not very inspiring and rewarding maybe hehe, but it is kind of only in front of the computer screen + with customers (which I then do not have a picture of) that I have spent my time this week.<\/p>\n

But as the plans look for next week, that business post will be a little more speed and fan! :)<\/p>\n
