Den h\u00e4r veckan skulle jag beskriva som intensiv! Det har varit m\u00e5nga olika projekt blandat med allt vanligt “dagligt arbete” som ska hinnas med ut\u00f6ver :) S\u00e5 det har blivit l\u00e5nga dagar och noll ledighet s\u00e5 n\u00e4r som p\u00e5 en fika med Frida som vi lyckades kl\u00e4mma in efter lite pusslande i schemat haha!<\/p>\n

A very fun week then!<\/p>\n

Planning and brainstorming meeting<\/strong>
\nMe, Miska and Annika had a cozy planning meeting at Annika's house where we had a long agenda! For several hours we sat and worked, me and Miska came home 23 the night before.<\/p>\n

Vi gick igenom alla st\u00f6rre saker som vi inte hinner prata igenom p\u00e5 en kvart p\u00e5 salongen (som med alla sm\u00e5beslut) och det var blandat med saker som vi beh\u00f6vde fixa och best\u00e4mma direkt och saker som \u00e4r lite mer “dr\u00f6mmiga” och f\u00f6rberedande som man m\u00e5ste prata och t\u00e4nka igenom innan man kan ta besluten om det l\u00e4ngre fram :)<\/p>\n

Here is Annika using large tiles as whiteboards to write on. It's full of whiteboards at her house, so much fun :)<\/p>\n

Teeth whitening<\/strong>
\nSoon a new colleague will start with us with teeth whitening! Mia will start with a few dates from time to time already in April and then at the end of the summer she will work with us even more. She tested our bleaching equipment on me this week!<\/p>\n

Man \u00e4r ju fruktansv\u00e4rt snygg allts\u00e5! Jag \u00e4r en bra person att \u00f6va p\u00e5 d\u00e5 jag har “v\u00e4ldigt annorlunda s\u00f6ta t\u00e4nder som \u00e4r lite sv\u00e5rare” som v\u00e5r tidigare tandblekare Alexander beskrev dom haha. Det var ju tur att jag v\u00e4grade tandst\u00e4llning i grundskolan s\u00e5 att mina t\u00e4nder kan komma till anv\u00e4ndning i f\u00f6retaget ;)<\/p>\n

Meetings<\/strong>
\nFlera utvecklingsm\u00f6ten har jag haft med kollegorna ocks\u00e5, b\u00e5de en timme med hela teamet men ocks\u00e5 enskilda m\u00f6ten med 30 minuter per person. V\u00e4ldigt givande som vanligt! :) Efter varje m\u00f6te vi har tillsammans s\u00e5 ger alla feedback om hur m\u00f6tet var, och tv\u00e5 veckor i rad har det varit “mycket to do-punkter p\u00e5 Helena”. Jag har s\u00e5 l\u00e4tt att ta p\u00e5 mig saker som andra egentligen kan g\u00f6ra, jag t\u00e4nker “det g\u00e5r snabbare om jag g\u00f6r det” och “det \u00e4r b\u00e4ttre om dom fokuserar p\u00e5 n\u00e5tt annat s\u00e5 fixar jag det h\u00e4r” vilket st\u00e4mmer till viss del men \u00e4r varken smart eller effektivt i l\u00e4ngden.<\/p>\n

“Bli b\u00e4ttre p\u00e5 att delegera” \u00e4r fortfarande en punkt p\u00e5 min personliga utvecklingslista haha!<\/p>\n

Campaign photos for April<\/strong>
\nNext week will be April and I have been busy with the campaign pictures before that! Malin and I (who otherwise do these) helped each other this month as she had so many other jobs to prioritize :)<\/p>\n

Hairdresser training with a focus on dry hair<\/strong>
\nOn Wednesday, my barber Niclas and I went to G\u00e4vle for a hair pathologist training where we immersed ourselves in dry hair and scalp.<\/p>\n

Jag \u00e4r ju utbildad h\u00e5rolog sedan tidigare och nu \u00e4r jag \u00e4nnu mer f\u00f6rdjupad i \u00e4mnet! Det \u00e4r s\u00e5\u00e5 intressant att ni anar inte! Jag \u00e4lskar att f\u00e5 n\u00f6rda ner mig, prata om molekyler, pH-v\u00e4rden och olika case “den h\u00e4r personen har lockigt h\u00e5r, styrka 5 och str\u00e4ckbarhet 5 och upplever sitt h\u00e5r som j\u00e4ttetorrt i topparna fast det enligt v\u00e4rdena inte \u00e4r det, vad rekommenderar du f\u00f6r produkter och vad blandar du i produkterna f\u00f6r extra bra effekt?”.<\/p>\n

Niclas was impressed with me on the way home, that I know so much even though I am not a hairdresser and was at the same level of knowledge as other hairdressers. But hair care products are not about being able to cut and color, but to be incredibly interested in products and skin care and understand how the hair is built. I have to write a long blog post about all this I feel! :)<\/p>\n

Back in the school desk then :) I thrive in that role and am so grateful that I came in contact with H\u00e5rologi which feels like the most serious hair care brand. Diana comes to us regularly and not to sell us news or more products but just to rehearse our knowledge and make sure we keep everything fresh in our minds, can ask questions we have thought about etc. It is difficult to find someone who is so passionate much for hair like Diana does, here is a person who knows what she's talking about, I'm so impressed with her! :)<\/p>\n

Film a sweet Easter greeting<\/strong>
\nNext week is Easter! So cozy and you know what? Annika who has hens for the first time in her life has got chickens !!! How cute? They hatched last weekend and Annika kept us updated via text message!<\/p>\n

We just had to include them in a sweet greeting when we wish all our followers and customers a Happy Easter on social media :) We built a small studio with products and props!<\/p>\n

Annika fixed the props! We were at her house so we just borrowed the chickens from the mother, so you do not think we took them to the salon for a whole day or achieved such a terrible thing haha.<\/p>\n

Saturday job and many customers<\/strong>
\nThis week it was a 6-day week at the salon because we had so many bookings on Saturday that I came in and took customers. Very funny! I have taken before and after pictures of the three make-up customers I had this week, so you will see that in the blog soon! I have also had many fringe and brow customers, it is noticeable that it is spring and everyone is starting to wake up to life :)<\/p>\n

Sunday job<\/strong>
\nDo you want to see how I sit and work right now, you have a film clip on my Insta Story (@ imakeyousmile.se) when I work in the sun on our terrace. Coffee, Spanish music and a playful boyfriend :) Really cozy! It will remain on Instagram for 24 hours.<\/p>\n

Since, as I said, I had a lot of small projects this week, I lag behind in my normal daily work a lot, which I now take back. Because I will not have time to do much tomorrow either because first I will go to Disruptive Materials and make up 12 people then quickly back to the salon because I have a customer after kl. 15.<\/p>\n

But instead of feeling tired, it's better to make it a great time! Warm sun and happy music that gives a real energy boost! Really have no problem sitting here and doing good! :)<\/p>\n

I myself will take a quick break and sit down with the coffee cup and some Digestive biscuits on the stairs in the sun before I make one last jerk for this week :)<\/p>\n
