Dom flesta s\u00e4ger “finally Friday<\/em>” i slutet av veckan men min reaktion var “vaa it's friday again<\/em>? \u201d Lol :)<\/p>\n

The week has gone unusually fast, it may in itself be due to the fact that I had zero control over the weekdays after the holidays because Thursday (the first working day) felt like Monday and then I worked on Saturday as well so it got crazy in my head.<\/p>\n

But today is Sunday and I am in control of the situation again!<\/p>\n

Reminded of his target image every day<\/strong>
\nThere have been some private things that have drained me of energy lately and then it is extra important to take advantage of all moments in everyday life, and luckily I am an expert at it;) I love small things that mean things and spreads a little extra warmth and joy.<\/p>\n

One such thing is that I have now started with lit candles and coffee every morning when I put on my make-up (have had a break from that routine during the hot summer) and now I also have another dot-over-the-factor in the make-up room: shells from Tarifa!<\/p>\n

Vi \u00e4lskade Tarifa i Spanien och k\u00e4nde b\u00e5da tv\u00e5 att “this is HERE we will have our foreign house in the future!<\/em>And it's so much fun, now we've found it like!<\/p>\n

P\u00e5 stranden fanns det m\u00e5nga stora och helt platta sn\u00e4ckor, jag brukar aldrig ta hem sn\u00e4ckor fr\u00e5n str\u00e4nder men det h\u00e4r blev ett undantag eftersom jag dels fick lite “mamma” i mig som alltid t\u00e4nkte “men den h\u00e4r kan ju komma till anv\u00e4ndning till n\u00e5tt” och sparade p\u00e5 allt haha, men ocks\u00e5 f\u00f6r att det k\u00e4ndes betydelsefullt med n\u00e5gonting fr\u00e5n favoritstranden d\u00e4r vi kommer bo i framtiden ;)<\/p>\n

Pretty quickly I figured out what to use them for - to mix makeup on! Many people use an old tile or similar when they mix e.g. eyeliner but now I run my Tarifa shells and am reminded every day of my new life goal - buying a house in Tarfia. So good!<\/p>\n

It is of course cleaned properly and I have sprayed them as well. Was afraid that it would start to grow worms in the eyes or reached haha. We have to keep our fingers crossed;)<\/p>\n

Cinnamon Bun Day & show their appreciation to colleagues<\/strong>
\nLast Thursday we had a staff meeting (or hug meeting as we call it = k<\/strong>unstructive, r<\/b>oligt, a<\/strong>lla m<\/strong>edarbetare) in the morning and since it was Cinnamon Bun Day, Miska and I all invited cinnamon buns :)<\/p>\n

Innan vi startade med salongen och anst\u00e4llda s\u00e5 sa jag “jag kommer vara en s\u00e5n d\u00e4r bra chef som bjuder p\u00e5 t\u00e5rta varje fredag!” haha. Men i praktiken s\u00e5 blev det inte s\u00e5 f\u00f6r i b\u00f6rjan var vi s\u00e5 f\u00e5 personer s\u00e5 alla jobbade olika tider och “f\u00f6rs\u00f6kte vara nyttiga” o.s.v. och nu n\u00e4r vi \u00e4r fler s\u00e5 \u00e4r man s\u00e5 inne i alla rutiner att man gl\u00f6mmer bort alla sm\u00e5 extradetaljer som man tyckte var viktigt i b\u00f6rjan.<\/p>\n

Jag tycker att det \u00e4r j\u00e4tteviktigt att visa uppskattning till kollegorna och jag g\u00f6r det mycket men jag ska f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka g\u00f6ra det \u00e4nnu mer, f\u00f6r det blir mest sm\u00e5saker som att “jag kan fixa din disk” om jag \u00e4ter lunch samtidigt som n\u00e5gon samt sm\u00e5 positiva kommentarer\/feedback i f\u00f6rbifarten som “vad fin sminkningen blev p\u00e5 din f\u00f6rsta kund!” och s\u00e5nt. Ja och sen stora viktiga saker s\u00e5klart men nu pratar jag sm\u00e5 “extragrejer” :) Men jag skulle vilja vara en chef som l\u00e4gger \u00e4nnu mer tid p\u00e5 s\u00e5nt.<\/p>\n

En id\u00e9 som jag fr\u00e5gade alla om i veckan \u00e4r att vi borde inf\u00f6ra ett “m\u00e5nadsbrev” som jag skriver varje m\u00e5nadsslut. D\u00e4r kan jag dels sammanfatta praktisk info men framf\u00f6r allt positiva saker och pepp! Jag t\u00e4nker mig att alla hj\u00e4lps \u00e5t att regelbundet skriva upp bra saker som man ser n\u00e5gon annan g\u00f6ra och i slutet av m\u00e5naden s\u00e5 sammanst\u00e4ller jag alla dessa och skickar ut en liten k\u00e4rleksbomb!<\/p>\n

Wouldn't that be great? :)<\/p>\n

M-development<\/strong>
\nJag skrev f\u00f6rut att vi \u00e4r i startgroparna att starta v\u00e5rt eget sminkm\u00e4rke, det \u00e4r en speciell nish\/koncept kan man s\u00e4ga. Men det tar otroligt mycket tid och jag har insett att jag m\u00e5ste fysiskt boka in tid f\u00f6r att jobba med det f\u00f6r att det ska bli av lika mycket som jag vill och beh\u00f6ver – f\u00f6r jag har alltid en l\u00e5ng to do list och s\u00e5nt som “skriker” vill g\u00e4rna komma f\u00f6re.<\/p>\n

But now I have booked certain times where I will sit with this regardless of whether I have something else important on my to-do list or not! Then of course I will work more with this than that but then I know that it will at least be a certain number of hours a week :)<\/p>\n

The name of the brand will start with M (it is at least our working name right now) so M development is now on the schedule for at least 2 hours almost every day!<\/p>\n

En detalj som \u00e4r b\u00e5de positiv och sv\u00e5r \u00e4r att n\u00e4r det g\u00e5r bra s\u00e5 blir jag s\u00e5 \u00f6verexalterad att jag inte kan fokusera l\u00e4ngre haha. Hj\u00e4rnan b\u00f6rjar g\u00e5 p\u00e5 h\u00f6gvarv och jag s\u00e4ger pl\u00f6tsligt saker som “designa f\u00f6tter” ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r “designa f\u00f6rpackningar”. S\u00e5 2 timmar \u00e5t g\u00e5ngen \u00e4r ganska lagom, d\u00e5 hinner jag komma ig\u00e5ng och g\u00f6ra mycket men sen blir det for<\/em> fun and then it's time to stop;)<\/p>\n

968 BILLION in card payment<\/strong>
\nDen h\u00e4r veckan har v\u00e4ldigt mycket g\u00e5tt ut p\u00e5 att komma ig\u00e5ng efter semestern samt fixa “m\u00e5nadsslut-grejer” s\u00e5 som l\u00f6nelistor och ekonomirapporter. Jag har en hel check-lista med saker som jag g\u00f6r i b\u00f6rjan av varje m\u00e5nad.<\/p>\n

When I sat with the statistics for September, I suddenly sat with my mouth open and staring at the report. One of the days when we were on holiday, there was a big mistake at the checkout haha.<\/p>\n

It was stated that the card payments of the month were over 968 billion! It goes well for us but not SO well;) How could it be so<\/em> wrong? And there was not even a note about it at the end of the day haha. The answer to the question was not as complicated as I first thought (a barcode that happened to be entered as a sum) but it is lucky that we double check the stuff before they are sent to our finance girl haha :)<\/p>\n

Had not been completely wrong with such long sums on the monthly report, in the future maybe mihihi.<\/p>\n

Kissing meetings & letting go of responsibility<\/strong>
\nAfter the hug meeting, I also had kiss meetings with the staff (kiss = p<\/strong>personal u<\/strong>developmentss<\/strong>amtal) where I talk to one person at a time. We started work on personal development last year and have come a long way with everyone developing with their own responsibility across different areas, learning new tasks, following up every month, etc.<\/p>\n

But the more time passes, the more we realize (and it is quite logical) that personal development means different things to different people. If you are going to develop more, what does that mean for you? And wow already after the first meeting, there have been so many good ideas!<\/p>\n

Jag har tidigare t\u00e4nkt mycket “hur kan personalen utvecklas mer?” och pepprat med id\u00e9er men jag har verkligen l\u00e4rt mig att jag m\u00e5ste sl\u00e4ppa tyglarna.. Jag tror jag \u00e4r lite r\u00e4dd f\u00f6r att folk ska tycka att jag kr\u00e4ver f\u00f6r mycket. Jag vill att alla ska ha roligt p\u00e5 jobbet och utvecklas s\u00e5 att dom inte st\u00e5r som robotar och g\u00f6r samma sak varje dag och blir uttr\u00e5kade, men s\u00e5 har jag t\u00e4nkt att det \u00e4r mitt jobb att dom ska utvecklas och liksom f\u00f6rs\u00f6kt “g\u00f6ra det \u00e5t dom”. Jag k\u00e4nner mig duktig som serverar alla id\u00e9er, f\u00f6rslag och rutiner p\u00e5 silverfat men det tar ocks\u00e5 bort en del av det roliga f\u00f6r alla andra.<\/p>\n

It is just as much their salon and for them to feel it, you have to get some freedom and responsibility yourself. Everyone gets more pissed and I get more results even though I do less haha. So it really is a win-win! :)<\/p>\n

Miska took a picture of me (and Olga in the background) when I have just picked up coffee and am on my way to the office. It may illustrate me when I let go of the reins and walk around in mystoflor and drink coffee while my colleagues work independently haha!<\/p>\n

In addition to this, I have e.g. had 7 customers, trying to make a long-term solution with better schedules and reception time, campaign pictures for October and new pictures for our screen in the waiting room, emailed lots here and there and changed some info and pictures on the website.<\/p>\n

I have also continued to work at home in bed most evenings and got a lot of things done thanks to it, but it has also resulted in me not being able to get up as early in the morning to do step-by-step make-up so at that point I have not been the most diligent person this week. It is always reached;)<\/p>\n

Now I'll fix lots at home in the house this Sunday! Hope you had a great week too!<\/p>\n
