When this work week started, I was grateful that my job is not very physically strenuous, because I was doing the wood at home in the house from morning to evening this weekend and had so much pain in my whole body then! My whole body felt like a bruise, I was so happy with my soft chair and cozy slippers in the office :)<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Now we are in Crete !!<\/strong>
\nThis was another short week, a rather intense one as well to catch up with all the most important things in just three days - because we suddenly took a last minute trip to Crete I, Miska and Annika! :) Yep a little crazy we are probably everything!<\/p>\n

Most people seem to think that we are mentally ill who booked another trip this fast after the trip to Spain haha. But we are not so<\/em> heavenly quirk indeed!<\/p>\n

1. Annika (with whom we have the company together) had this holiday week planned a long time ago 2. She needed someone to go with so as not to have to go alone and 3. there are incredibly cheap all-inclusive trips this autumn.<\/p>\n

So we said yes! :) In other words, last Thursday we three went to Crete and are away for a week. So cozy!<\/p>\n

Det \u00e4r mest chill och ledighet men ocks\u00e5 lite f\u00f6rberedande brainstorming om v\u00e5rt nya sminkf\u00f6retag som vi h\u00e5ller p\u00e5 att starta. Det g\u00e5r ju inte att komma ifr\u00e5n att det pratas en hel del jobb ocks\u00e5 n\u00e4r vi 3 del\u00e4gare sitter tillsammans ;) Fast oftast \u00e4r vi duktiga p\u00e5 att inte ta av v\u00e5r fritid till att prata “tr\u00e5kiga” jobbsaker utan det blir mest id\u00e9er och inspiration. S\u00e5 det \u00e4r bara kul! Och s\u00e5 kan man r\u00e4ttf\u00e4rdiga det hela med att det \u00e4r nyttigt f\u00f6r f\u00f6retaget i l\u00e4ngden ocks\u00e5 ;)<\/p>\n

So the sea, there is nothing that makes me so calm so fast \u2665 If you want to be successful, rest is as important as hard work!<\/p>\n

Long working days<\/strong>
\nSince I only worked Mon-Wed this week, I also had to work in the evenings to keep up with all the work for the whole week. So it was long work days and I was quite stressed all Wednesday actually, but it does not matter when you know that you should be free for a whole week!<\/p>\n

En grej som jag gillar med att jobba kv\u00e4llar annars \u00e4r att jag p\u00e5 kontoret ofta t\u00e4nker “will this generate returns?<\/em>” allts\u00e5 kommer jag f\u00e5 s\u00e5 mycket resultat av det jag g\u00f6r nu att det \u00e4r v\u00e4rt jobbet\/tiden som jag l\u00e4gger ner? En tanke som kan ge mig lite prestations\u00e5ngest. Men om jag jobbar sent p\u00e5 kv\u00e4llen s\u00e5 kan jag ist\u00e4llet t\u00e4nka “but if I had not done this now, I would have been free instead<\/em>” och d\u00e5 spelar det ju ingen roll om det ger tillr\u00e4ckligt med avkastning eller inte f\u00f6r det \u00e4r ju typ “bonusjobb” haha.<\/p>\n

An example - the blog is part of my job and I want to make a blog post about our trip to Spain because I have received requests for it. And that would be fun too! But it takes a very long time to do, so then I immediately think about whether I should make some fun makeup material instead that benefits the company more. But<\/em> if I do it in the evening, I can justify it by not taking time off work and then I do not even have to think about it.<\/p>\n

Kinky mindset maybe, but whatever works;)<\/p>\n

My new computer desk;) The most difficult thing about working at home is that my cat Viktoria is so cuddly and does not accept at all that I should choose the computer in front of her. Usually she lies over my arms (although I key on the keyboard!) Because the computer is in the way of my knee but now I was smart and put the computer on her instead. All happy haha!<\/p>\n

Spoiled at work<\/strong>
\nI'm really spoiled because I get so extremely much confirmation and compliments at work that I'm really moved! Our customers are really the goaste people, I told Miska before that many of my regular customers care more about me than most of my family. It's so nice \u2665<\/p>\n

En dag nu i veckan t.ex: Jag startade morgonen med att kasta in och rada n\u00e5gra k\u00e4rror ved, i full on party makeup innan jobbet haha. Och s\u00e5 k\u00e4nde jag mig tr\u00f6tt, sliten och hade precis b\u00e4ttrat p\u00e5 mitt svettiga smink n\u00e4r jag hoppade in i bilen p\u00e5 v\u00e4g till jobbet och la ut en selfie p\u00e5 dagens sminkning p\u00e5 Insta Stories. Jag fick direkt kommentarer om att jag \u00e4r s\u00e5 duktig och att det var s\u00e5 fint! :) Sen p\u00e5 salongen s\u00e5 hj\u00e4lpte jag flera kunder att hitta sminkprodukter i butiken och speciellt en av dom var s\u00e5 himla, himla tacksam \u00f6ver alla tips och var s\u00e5 himla glad och ville f\u00e5 hj\u00e4lp av mig n\u00e4sta g\u00e5ng hon kom in igen. Sen hade jag en stamkund inbokad f\u00f6r brynfix och n\u00e4r jag h\u00e4mtade henne i v\u00e4ntrummet utbrast hon “men WOW vad snygg du \u00e4r idag! Det \u00e4r som en uppenbarelse h\u00e4r n\u00e4r du kom in!!” hahaha.<\/p>\n

Yes, but you hear, how many people get this much appreciation on a normal day at work? Spoiled is the word! :) And I njuuuter!<\/p>\n

This is what I looked like a few minutes before I did my job-haha. The glamorous life as a homeowner;)<\/p>\n

Halloween!<\/strong>
\nI have not started doing any Halloween make-up myself this year yet, the time has not been enough. But we have ordered new material (blood, latex and such scares) and started marketing that Lisa makes Halloween bookings at the salon! :)<\/p>\n

Lisa is so excited that it's finally Halloween again haha, so much fun!<\/p>\n

New pictures in the waiting room screen<\/strong>
\nAnother small project this week was to fix pictures of all our treatments to the screen we have in the waiting room. We have had a bit of a problem with it before because our old screen got a crunch from the heat and kind of stopped working, so we had to move the devices now and fix new pictures when we were still running.<\/p>\n

So I cut together a lot of before and after pictures of all our treatments which now go as a slide show for everyone who is waiting for their booked time. Perfect way to market more treatments!<\/p>\n

I also thought of adding some product tips and stuff later, but did not have time for it this week.<\/p>\n

In addition to this, I have also had two more staff meetings (ie individual development meetings that I have with all colleagues) so now they are all made for this month, the next follow-up will be in November!<\/p>\n

Yes, so it was a selection from my 3-day week! Now I will continue to ice cream by the pool and talk maternity talk and business development with Miska and Annika;) Next Sunday you will get an update on how the trip went purely in terms of business as well.<\/p>\n
