If you thought that the weeks went fast before, it is nothing compared to now when I combine work, homework, baby and other small projects such as sewing, writing a book, etc. I was completely shocked that the weekend is already here!<\/p>\n

Men jag har f\u00e5tt mycket gjort i veckan, inget superintressant men s\u00e5nt som “h\u00e4ngt \u00f6ver” mig lite och gjort att-g\u00f6ra-listan l\u00e5ng och tr\u00e5kig. S\u00e5 det \u00e4r med en sk\u00f6n k\u00e4nsla i kroppen som jag avslutar veckan :)<\/p>\n

Customers at the salon!<\/strong>
\nEftersom jag har varit “f\u00f6r\u00e4ldraledig” i januari och mest jobbat hemifr\u00e5n s\u00e5 var det extra roligt i m\u00e5ndags d\u00e5 jag hade kunder p\u00e5 rullande band p\u00e5 salongen.<\/p>\n

Some regular customers who come regularly I meet much more often than many friends and family members, so it did not feel like a job but like hanging out with friends you have not seen for a long time and had a lot of talking to catch up on :)<\/p>\n

Annika and I talked about weddings before, in general, there is nothing on g;) and I said then that there are many customers that I had wanted to invite instead of many relatives haha. That's actually the case!<\/p>\n

Shop financially<\/strong>
\nJag har verkligen inte mycket pengar om man skulle j\u00e4mf\u00f6ra med majoriteten av ni som l\u00e4ser, men jag \u00e4r duktig p\u00e5 att spara!\u00a0Detta \u00e4r riktigt klyschigt men det \u00e4r inte dom h\u00f6ga int\u00e4kterna som g\u00f6r dig rik utan dom l\u00e5ga utgifterna och \u00e4ven fast jag samtidigt tycker att “man ska satsa f\u00f6r att vinna” s\u00e5 betyder inte det att man ska l\u00e4gga pengar p\u00e5 saker i on\u00f6dan – vilket v\u00e4ldigt m\u00e5nga g\u00f6r!<\/p>\n

Instead of buying a new bikini now that mine has become sun-bleached and ugly, I sewed it again! A pair of old training pants is now a black bikini top instead;) But I still needed to buy new bikini bottoms for the new top and was struck by how extremely much summer clothes are on sale now!<\/p>\n

I have not traded properly with clothes for many years, the majority of my clothes are used and old with holes and stains that do not go away. So either you can call me crazy or you can call me smart as attan, but last Monday night I clicked home some great summer clothes and shoes in JANUARY! The companies want to get rid of residual stock and I want to save money, win win;)<\/p>\n

It was up to 70% sale and when I was done I calculated that I paid an average of 165 SEK per thing. For jumpsuits, dresses and shoes that would actually cost 300-400 pieces. So good!<\/p>\n

And do you know how I feel now? I feel like my wardrobe is complete! As you know, I indulged in a brand new wardrobe before Christmas as well. I need nothing more and it feels incredibly nice !! It's easy to want to shop every month if you think it's fun with clothes, but I'm happy like this. Now it's shopping stop for a while!<\/p>\n

When you are short, it is good to be able to sew because all trouser legs are too long haha. In addition, I had a whole pile of broken clothes that could be repaired, so good for the wallet to be sewing!<\/p>\n

Clean body and writing & health journey<\/strong>
\nWe really had no plans to leave but now that I got sick for the 7th month in a row, Miska got enough. He has seen documentaries about healing and how stress and life situations you do not enjoy can settle in the body and form diseases. I'm fine now, but the intense autumn may have left its mark. Do you believe in that? :) I do not know what I think myself but I think in any case that health care does not have the answer to everything, the pharmaceutical companies want to sell medicines and a lot is about curing symptoms and not the basis for things.<\/p>\n

Eftersom jag inte vill operera bort mina halsmandlar s\u00e5 ska jag nu p\u00e5b\u00f6rja en psykisk och fysisk rening av mig sj\u00e4lv ist\u00e4llet! F\u00f6rst och fr\u00e4mst har jag bokat tid imorgon f\u00f6r att ta ut min hormonspiral. Jag \u00e4r egentligen n\u00f6jd med den men eftersom det s\u00e5 tydligt \u00e4r varje m\u00e5nad som jag blir sjuk s\u00e5 t\u00e4nker jag att hormonbalansen kan ha en del i det hela? Dessutom har jag b\u00f6rjat tycka det \u00e4r lite sjukt att jag inte vet hur min kropp \u00e4r utan hormoner d\u00e5 jag haft det sen jag var 14 \u00e5r. Och s\u00e5 hade jag en “gr\u00e5tkv\u00e4ll” i veckan ocks\u00e5 haha f\u00f6r jag kom p\u00e5 att en kund sa till mig f\u00f6rut att hon insett att varje g\u00e5ng hon blev f\u00f6rkyld s\u00e5 beh\u00f6vde hon egentligen bara gr\u00e5ta.<\/p>\n

Och s\u00e5 sa Miska en kv\u00e4ll “nu bokar jag s\u00e5 du f\u00e5r semester och bara slappna av”. Jag \u00c4LSKADE v\u00e5r resa till Spanien men det var mitt i att hets s\u00e5 lugnet blev inte s\u00e5 l\u00e5ngvarigt. Men nu blir det hotellmys i 2 veckor utan att jag kommer hem till stress efter\u00e5t. Dessutom ska jag anv\u00e4nda denna tid till att skriva p\u00e5 min bok! :) Gud s\u00e5 mysigt!<\/p>\n

Den h\u00e4r godingen som jag sydde upp byxbenen p\u00e5 kommer vara en semesterfavorit \u2665 I bakgrunden ser ni Annika p\u00e5 golvet som syr “dregglisar” och Miska som vaggar bebis i famnen. P\u00e5 tal om psykisk h\u00e4lsa s\u00e5 \u00e4r dom h\u00e4r personerna mina r\u00e4ddare i n\u00f6den, det \u00e4r tack vare dom som jag m\u00e5r s\u00e5 bra som jag g\u00f6r! :)<\/p>\n

Extra many step-by-step make-up<\/strong>
\nA task that I spend a lot of time on but almost never write about in the business week posts is all the make-up I do for the blog and webshop. You see them in all other posts so it feels like redundant info.<\/p>\n

Now that we are going to have a holiday for 2 weeks, I have to put in an extra gear so that the blog does not stand still when I am away. I usually do three make-up posts a week, but now I try to make a make-up every day so that I have blog material when we are away!<\/p>\n

Each make-up takes an average of 2 hours maybe, not in pure make-up time, but I take photos between each step and then lots of full pictures. So even though there will only be about 10-15 pictures for each blog post, I have taken over 100 pictures which I then go through and write the post. Now I happen to be so spoiled that I have an employee who works from home with the webshop and who does a large part of the after-work of cutting together tutorial collages and putting everything in the webshop with links and stuff. Without it, I would not have had time with the blog at all, every post takes so long!<\/p>\n

Salaries, reports, invoices etc.<\/b>
\nUt\u00f6ver kunder i m\u00e5ndags s\u00e5 har jag mestadels suttit framf\u00f6r datorn i veckan. Det har varit ovanligt mycket mailande men ocks\u00e5 s\u00e5 l\u00e5g jag efter med allt “m\u00e5nadsslutjobb” eftersom jag var sjuk f\u00f6rra veckan, s\u00e5 jag har pysslat med l\u00f6ner, rapporter, fakturor och s\u00e5dant.<\/p>\n

Holidays<\/strong>
\nAnd so I have gone through the summer schedule properly, approved everyone's holiday wishes and opened up schedules August through! I'm waiting for an answer from one of our makeup artists regarding a detail, but after that the whole summer schedule is ready!<\/p>\n

Summer schedule for our new makeup artist Shafiee<\/strong>
\nDet som tog mest tid var schemat f\u00f6r v\u00e5r nya makeupartist Shafiee d\u00e5 Lisa blir mammaledig sista april men Shafiee kan inte ta \u00f6ver hennes pass helt f\u00f6rr\u00e4n juni. S\u00e5 maj blir ett “hoppigt” schema och sen blir sommarschemat anpassat efter Lisas schema och de andras semestrar :) Shafiee \u00e4r egentligen hennes efternamn, hon heter Sara men vi kommer f\u00e5 s\u00e5\u00e5 mycket missf\u00f6rst\u00e5nd p\u00e5 salongen om vi har tv\u00e5 med samma namn s\u00e5 den nya Sara f\u00e5r bli Shafiee ist\u00e4llet haha :) Perfekt \u00e4nd\u00e5 med efternamn som passar som f\u00f6rnamn, “v\u00e5r nya makeupartist Karlsson” hade ju inte varit s\u00e5 kul men Shafiee \u00e4r j\u00e4ttefint som f\u00f6rnamn ju!<\/p>\n

Shafiee training<\/strong>
\nWe have also planned a proper training period for Shafiee which starts already now. She knows makeup and eyebrow plucking, but permanent eyelash (lash lift) is a huge part of the job and requires more practice than you might think and in addition she has to get to know our products to be able to hold makeup consultations.<\/p>\n

So now we have planned an intensive start with training and hopefully extra work already in April. It is important that she gets really soft in her shoes before she jumps into the summer rush, we learned that last year. It is not good to be completely new at work in June because then we are fully booked with customers on the conveyor belt and if you have not gotten into the routines at the workplace before that, it will be stressful. And that's not how it should feel!<\/p>\n

So now it's deluxe training already from February, the summer will go like butter :)<\/p>\n

Mostly I have been sitting like this all week! It always looks a little fun when I put on make-up for the blog in the morning and then work from home all day with party make-up in bed :) Here I sit with the schedule, write on two blocks and a computer at the same time, order and order!<\/p>\n

I have worked a lot during the weekend as well and I will continue to do so even today. When you have been ill, it becomes cotton for the soul to roll up your sleeves and delete points from the to-do list! :)<\/p>\n
