Mitt s\u00f6ndagsinl\u00e4gg \u00e4r en dag f\u00f6rsenad, ledsen f\u00f6r det! F\u00f6rra veckan inneh\u00f6ll en salig blandning av arbetsuppgifter och m\u00e5nga “stora punkter” p\u00e5 att-g\u00f6ra-listan som \u00e4r \u00e4ntligen checkade. Wihoo!<\/p>\n

The old salon is largely emptied, or yes now I exaggerated a bit but compared to what it looked like before, it is basically emptied now haha. And the summer schedule is nailed and opened and I am in phase with everything I need to do before we can take a vacation in 1.5 weeks!<\/p>\n

In the middle of it all, I have had time to both plan and organize a surprise party as well as we had last Saturday, many balls in the air now! ;) But after all the events I planned for the company, this was an incredibly easy match haha!<\/p>\n

Cleaning of the old premises<\/strong>
\nThis with emptying a 367 sqm large room that is full of stuff in just about every corner, it has not been an easy match!<\/p>\n

Vi gjorde massor innan flytten men sen har vi ju varit “f\u00f6r\u00e4ldralediga” med Annika och d\u00e5 har kaoset i gamla lokalen st\u00e5tt or\u00f6rt. Vi beh\u00f6vde en paus :)<\/p>\n

There was really a lot left, a big mix of rubbish, things that are too nice to throw away, things that we can store at home and things that can be saved in the new room. Even though we cleaned a lot before the move, there were still whole closets and drawers that we still did not have time to go through at all.<\/p>\n

So three days a week we have been there and advised!<\/p>\n

H\u00e4r har jag precis t\u00f6mt ett g\u00e4ng garderober och samlat v\u00e4rsta skr\u00e4ph\u00f6gen. F\u00f6rsta prioriteringen var att t\u00f6mma rum f\u00f6r rum s\u00e5 att vi kunde st\u00e4lla alla grejer i “samma kategori” t.ex. “detta kan vi ta till nya lokalen” o.s.v.<\/p>\n

The feeling when a room is completely empty, so it's so nice!<\/p>\n

For example. we had fabric in the entire staff room (both walls and ceiling) to get a cozy feeling. Probably 15-20 curtains in total and all were pinned together with small pins. It took time you must believe!<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

We do not have time to sell more and there are lots that are too nice to throw away. So we announced that we are giving away everything for free, just to pick up. But we quickly had to cancel it when we were contacted by a charity flea market where the money goes to retirement homes to do fun activities etc. And they wanted everything!<\/p>\n

So it felt much, much better actually! That our old stuff becomes a good thing \u2665 Many followers wrote and wanted to pack stuff anyway, but every gadget we would give away to someone else was indirectly that you take money from elderly care haha, suddenly things got a completely different value!<\/p>\n

The summer schedule is open!<\/strong>
\nOn Tuesday, the last details for the summer were finally nailed down and our schedule is open August now, just to book! :)<\/p>\n

Jag s\u00e5g i mitt bokningsschema att jag skrivit en kom-ih\u00e5g-notering i mars “Time to open up as many summer times as possible before midsummer and market that people should book in time. This is how we reduce stressed customers (like last year) before midsummer :)<\/em>\u201cSo good haha!<\/p>\n

Just before midsummer is our most fully booked time of the whole year and many people think that you are out in good time if you book a week in advance, but in the summer it is not so. So last year we had some gaps in the schedule the weeks before midsummer which could have been filled if people had known that it was fully booked later :)<\/p>\n

Event fixer<\/strong>
\nSince we are away on my friend Frida's birthday, we surprised her last Saturday! At first I surprised her at her house with presents and make-up help, so at first she thought it was the whole surprise and that we would just go out and eat at a restaurant. So I made her up and smiled before we went to the real surprise party!<\/p>\n

Det hade blivit m\u00f6rkt ute s\u00e5 vi hade ingen bra belysning, men glitter och sotat i brunt och ros\u00e9 blev det :) H\u00e4r st\u00e5r hon helt ovetandes om att hennes n\u00e4rmsta v\u00e4nner just nu var samlade i en l\u00e4genhet l\u00e4ngre bort med discolampa och finmiddag, och \u00e4nd\u00e5 sa hon redan “jag har aldrig blivit s\u00e5h\u00e4r \u00f6verraskad” hahaha!\u00a0\u2665 Det var sv\u00e5rt att h\u00e5lla minen :)<\/p>\n

As I said, there was very poor lighting in the living room, but I still wanted to take the opportunity to do some advertising for one of the gifts she received from me - Sunglasses from the brand Macapa in the model Palmiera Ros\u00e9 Gold<\/a> that Miska sells on Macapa-sunglasses.com! They are so beautiful! :) I long for the holidays when I get to inaugurate mine!<\/p>\n

She also got the pants as a gift from me, they were bought at Zara :)<\/p>\n

Preparing the final touches in the new room<\/strong>
\nThe final touches in the new salon have had to wait because the staff had to stay in the room for a while to know exactly how they want shelves, furniture, etc. That is hard to think of, you have to test!<\/p>\n

So this week we have had a long document with pictures, questions and checklist of all the last things to do. What do you want? What do you not want? Where do you want it? etc :)<\/p>\n

Our plan was to be finished this weekend but the time was not enough, but the hope is that everything will be nailed down before we go on holiday in any case. Then you have a little more peace in the body!<\/p>\n

Here I am with the list that the staff is commenting on. You can have your very own chat for each point, so heavenly smooth! However, my cat Viktoria thought that my colleagues got too much attention;)<\/p>\n

Collect makeup<\/strong>
\nN\u00e4r vi \u00e5ker p\u00e5 semester s\u00e5 brukar jag alltid “jobba ikapp” med sminkinl\u00e4gg till bloggen i f\u00f6rv\u00e4g, s\u00e5 att fl\u00f6det rullar p\u00e5 som vanligt \u00e4nd\u00e5. Det \u00e4r f\u00f6rst d\u00e5 jag inser hur mycket sminkningar jag g\u00f6r egentligen. 3st i veckan l\u00e5ter ju lite, men n\u00e4r jag i m\u00e5ndags r\u00e4knade att jag beh\u00f6ver g\u00f6ra 15 sminkningar innan jag \u00e5ker 2,5 vecka senare s\u00e5 \u00e4r det ju j\u00e4ttemycket! D\u00e5 innefattar det allts\u00e5 alla sminkningar som publiceras nu innan + under semesterveckorna.<\/p>\n

So a lot of time is spent in my photo studio this week :) But there may be some product tips post as well, I do not think I have time to do make-up every day.<\/p>\n

Here I sit with the computer and prepare the posts at the dressing table immediately after I have finished my make-up.<\/p>\n

Valentine's Day at the salon!<\/strong>
\nJag blev s\u00e5\u00e5 s\u00e5\u00e5 glad n\u00e4r jag \u00f6ppnade Instagram och s\u00e5g Creative Makeups nypublicerade Insta Story! P\u00e5 v\u00e5ra personalm\u00f6ten varannan vecka brukar vi best\u00e4mma saker som “snart kommer denna h\u00f6gtid, id\u00e9er p\u00e5 hur vi kan pynta\/fira p\u00e5 salongen, vem k\u00f6per det, vem fixar det” osv. Men nu har vi inte haft n\u00e5got m\u00f6te efter flytt och bebis.<\/p>\n

S\u00e5 i onsdags sa jag till Annika och Miska “we should buy Valentine's Day candy for the waiting room tomorrow<\/em>\u201cBut we were not going to the salon so it became an unnecessarily large project.<\/p>\n

So I open Insta Story the next morning and see how nicely the colleagues have fixed with both sweets and decorations and even non-alcoholic bubble for all customers \u2665 They are the best !!<\/p>\n

So really good! I was really warm in my heart when I saw how they fixed and donated!<\/p>\n

\nSpeaking of good colleagues, Malin has been really good and published lots of new beauty guide posts in our web shop!<\/p>\n

Dessa har jag “kontrollat” i veckan som vi brukar s\u00e4ga d\u00e5 jag ibland \u00e4ndrar texten f\u00f6r att det jag skrivit i bloggen (som Malin kopierar inl\u00e4ggen fr\u00e5n) inte passar in i webshoppen o.s.v.<\/p>\n
