Jag b\u00f6rjade d\u00f6pa om dessa inl\u00e4gg till s\u00f6ndagsinl\u00e4gg ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r “min businessvecka” f\u00f6r mer och mer har jag flikat in med personliga saker som inte r\u00f6r mitt f\u00f6retagande.<\/p>\n

Idag var jag skriv-sugen s\u00e5 det \u00e4r ett typiskt “s\u00f6ndagsinl\u00e4gg” kan man s\u00e4ga :)<\/p>\n

More ways to get food on the table<\/h4>\n

Last Monday I worked from home all morning and then I was eager to take a lunch walk in the woods, but the lunch break was probably 2.5 hours long because we found so many mushrooms that I could not stop picking! :)<\/p>\n

Vi har det lite skralt i f\u00f6retagskassan efter semestertiderna s\u00e5 jag och Miska tog inte ut n\u00e5gon l\u00f6n. S\u00e5 i skogen sa jag “this is a job too, you could say because it is also a way to get dinner on the table<\/em>" Lol.<\/p>\n

Dessutom hade jag f\u00e5 inbokade grejer den h\u00e4r veckan och kunde flexa lite, s\u00e5 jag tog eftermiddagen ledigt utan d\u00e5ligt samvete faktiskt! “Yes, you work all the time, otherwise you, if anyone, can take advantage when you have the chance<\/em>Said Miska. So go :)<\/p>\n

Look how nice he is my Miska! \u2665 Best company in the mushroom forest :) We are almost always with each other because we work together as well, but it will not be quality time in the same way as this.<\/p>\n

Miska should start with permanent makeup!<\/h4>\n

I have a news that I did not print before because we wanted to tell all the colleagues first (which we did at the kickoff on Wednesday) and that is that Miska will be the next apprentice for permanent makeup!<\/p>\n

M\u00e5nga kanske t\u00e4nker “hur kommer det sig pl\u00f6tsligt?” men f\u00f6r oss som k\u00e4nner Miska s\u00e5 k\u00e4nns det v\u00e4ldigt naturligt. Annika fr\u00e5gade honom f\u00f6r l\u00e4nge sedan om han ville b\u00f6rja f\u00f6r han \u00e4r enormt duktig p\u00e5 att rita och m\u00e5la och har ju varit i sk\u00f6nhetsbranschen i flera \u00e5r nu, \u00e4ven fast han inte utf\u00f6rt behandlingar sj\u00e4lv :)<\/p>\n

You usually practice on fake skin or fruit before you start on skin, but Miska did not have patience so he started with what we had at home - potatoes!<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

When we had a larger salon, Miska's days were packed, but now the salon is more self-sufficient and colleagues handle product orders, invoices, respond to emails, send webshop packages etc. and it works very smoothly - so now Miska has more time left! To become good at permanent makeup, you need time, you have to practice a lot and study a lot! It's not just how to tattoo straws and shape without color choice, speed with the machine, how deep to go, etc.<\/p>\n

So it's a mixture of him always having it in the back of his mind and now having the opportunity, but also because he wants to develop and try something new! Before, he enjoyed his role in the company, but everyone needs change!<\/p>\n

And do you know? It turned out that he is the worst natural talent on this with eyebrows !! Immediately when we talked about it, we drew an eyebrow in hair strand technique on a piece of paper and mine looked like a joke compared to his and I who worked actively with eyebrows for several years. Humiliating, I exclaimed! Lol :)<\/p>\n

H\u00e4r \u00f6vade han allm\u00e4nt p\u00e5 maskinen och lekte loss :) Han \u00e4r j\u00e4ttesugen p\u00e5 att erbjuda vanliga tatueringar ocks\u00e5 (som inte \u00e4r semipermanenta allts\u00e5) f\u00f6r man kan g\u00f6ra s\u00e5 fint och smalt med permanent makeup-n\u00e5larna! Typ “fine line tattoo”. Olga som ocks\u00e5 g\u00f6r permanent makeup hos oss blev ocks\u00e5 sugen! S\u00e5 det kanske kommer upp p\u00e5 prislistan snart!<\/p>\n

Kickoff at the salon<\/h4>\n

On Wednesday came the day that I have prepared for a long time, our annual kickoff where we for several hours have a presentation and meeting with colleagues about what the company looks like. Both opportunities for the future but also problems that we have right now.<\/p>\n

As well as a new goal picture and what we should focus on to reach the goal picture :)<\/p>\n

We went through everything from marketing initiatives and that Miska starts with permanent makeup to proposals to change to commission salary - if they want. We know for ourselves how much more tagged you become when you can influence yourself! We have calculated a way so that it will be a win-win for them and the company and they were super peppered! :) Great fun!<\/p>\n

Kollegorna har ocks\u00e5 visat mycket intresse i ekonomiska fr\u00e5gor det h\u00e4r \u00e5ret vilket jag tycker \u00e4r j\u00e4tteroligt! Att dom f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker f\u00f6rst\u00e5 hur ekonomin fungerar visar verkligen att dom bryr sig om f\u00f6retaget. S\u00e5 n\u00e4r det redan under f\u00f6rsta presentationen kom upp fr\u00e5gor om detta s\u00e5 var det s\u00e5 kul att jag kunde svara “jag har faktiskt f\u00f6rberett en separat presentation om det som kommer sen” :)<\/p>\n

Vi s\u00e4tter olika nyckeltal (siffror vi m\u00e4ter specifikt f\u00f6r att se att ekonomin ligger p\u00e5 en bra niv\u00e5) och tidigare har vi inte riktigt f\u00f6rklarat varf\u00f6r vi satt just de siffrorna. Det kanske har verkat som att vi satt hittep\u00e5-siffror typ “det vore trevligt om vi s\u00e5lde f\u00f6r x tusenlappar” men jag har lagt ner mycket tid och energi p\u00e5 att r\u00e4kna ut siffrorna :)<\/p>\n

If you want to get SEK 1,000 in salary after tax, the salary costs about SEK 2,200, but you must have higher sales at the checkout than that because customers also pay VAT. So for every 1000 note in salary, we must have a sale of about 2800: - But if we have exactly that, we still go bankrupt. Why? For wage cost is not the only cost we have. The income will also cover rent, materials, payment and booking systems, cleaning stuff, etc. And a little more to put in a savings account for holiday periods or unexpected events.<\/p>\n

And they do not only have 1000: - in salary either;) So how much must we at least have in income to cover salaries, costs and also get a penny over to the savings account every month? These are our metrics! Unfortunately, we do not have the opportunity to set dream figures, but simply count on what income and costs we need to be on to have a secure company :)<\/p>\n

We had a lot to talk about so I took nothing from the kickoff itself except a small selfie of me waiting for everyone to come haha.<\/p>\n

Then we went home with a nice feeling in the body \u2665 To be able to talk through everything with understanding and wise colleagues who give a positive energy it is worth gold!<\/p>\n

Tips on how to release disappointment and anger?<\/h4>\n

I wonder if I have any wise and \/ or fuzzy spiritual people who have tips on how to deal with emotions when you are angry and disappointed with someone? I have such a hard time getting angry so once I get it I do not know how to do haha. And also - do you think that it can be repressed anger \/ that I did not say anything that makes me get sick often? My throat infections and fever continue in the usual order, I have only stopped writing about them because I can not bother about it anymore :)<\/p>\n

I started getting sick at the same time that a person in my life started stepping on me. I let myself be trampled on and thought "it's not personal to me<\/em>Before I realized it Certainly<\/em> was personal and all the negative energy that the person carried within him was directed towards me. I'm not a therapist, but it's probably common to find a scapegoat to put your energy on instead of tackling your own problems?<\/p>\n

It escalated anyway and went so far that I thought every day "I just want to fast-forward my life and get out of here<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n

Now I am in the fast-paced time I dreamed of then, but continue to get slaps in the face (on detours) and this week it was so clear that the person is consciously trying to press on my weak point - that I easily get a bad conscience. I did not get it, however, but on the other hand I flared up and got angry and only three hours later I was terribly guilty! It may be just a coincidence but it almost felt like a direct reaction from the body.<\/p>\n

And that's exactly what bothers me - that someone still has power over me like this. That I get angry and sick only affects me. So the question is, how do I handle this? There is nothing I can do about the situation but I can only influence my own feelings.<\/p>\n

My thoughts as well as collide with each other:<\/p>\n

One side of me has accepted the situation and processed what has been. I have some hope for the future, because it is not the first time the person has become like this and it went over that time. But at the same time I know that people do not change ..<\/p>\n

But another part of me can not let go of the feeling of how disappointed and angry I am. This is a person I care about and it still affects other people I love above all else! So that it should not touch me would be inhuman?<\/p>\n

I can not afford to go to therapy and my body can no longer be sick (if this is what is behind it) so what can I do? Happy concrete tips! :) Maybe one of you has good exercises in your luggage if you yourself have gone into therapy or something? I am also completely open to flum such as different visualization methods or witch rituals haha.<\/p>\n

Homework<\/h4>\n

As I said, I have worked a lot from home this week, what have I done then? :)<\/p>\n

My to-do list after this kickoff is pretty juicy! Among other things, I have made several calculation documents for the proposal on commission salary where colleagues can enter numbers and count themselves.<\/p>\n

We have two different options, one of which means that you lower your basic salary and the other is more like a bonus completely without risk :)<\/p>\n

Everyone is different and we have realized that it is therefore important to offer different salary systems that they can choose freely without pressure. Some need security while others want the opportunity to put in an extra gear and have more power to influence their personal finances.<\/p>\n

I'm so myself too, I value the opportunity to influence myself so highly that I sometimes have no salary at all haha. In any case, my colleagues are guaranteed a basic salary;) But I know that I can get rich tomorrow if I work hard enough today! It's like what I live on haha.<\/p>\n

The document is like an excel document (fixed in Quip) so they only need to fill in the two yellow boxes and everything else is calculated automatically. Answer yes, it took a while to do;)<\/p>\n

But I am also digging into all the rules regarding holiday pay, sick pay, etc. so that everything is clear in advance! Lots to think about!<\/p>\n

After the kickoff, we also had a whole bunch of notes from the meeting, discussions mixed with do-it-yourself stuff. So I cleared the list and made a separate to-do list with what to do in the next two weeks and who to do what.<\/p>\n

And most points I put on myself haha! So now it's just a matter of rolling up your sleeves!<\/p>\n

But first I will have a free Sunday \u2665<\/p>\n
