I have a throat infection again so I really hope my voice does not sound too strained. I do not get hoarse but just have a little hard to talk, but may not think that people who are not used to listening to me hear it (?) But Miska says that I sound like a rubber hose that you try to tear apart but it does not work, Lol!<\/p>\n

Goals without generalizations<\/h4>\n

Att enbart s\u00e4ga “skriv tydliga m\u00e5l” \u00e4r inte tillr\u00e4ckligt f\u00f6r vi think<\/em> often that we write clear goals - but we do not! Most goals are full of generalizations, nice words and often completely immeasurable. Then you stand there a year later, you wonder why you did not reach the goals this year either. Or as we ourselves have encountered several times - that the goals have been so unclear that it is a question of interpretation whether they have been reached or not.<\/p>\n

In our 3rd section, you get tips on how to stop generalizing and become clearer - both when writing the target image and in your communication!<\/p>\n

Ex: Om jag skulle skriva “We will increase the quality of our treatments to get more satisfied customers<\/em>\u201dSo it sounds like a good point on the target image, at first glance, but really it is very unclear. Firstly: how much<\/em> ska vi \u00f6ka? Det r\u00e4cker ju med en pytteliten f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttring s\u00e5 har man n\u00e5tt m\u00e5let.\u00a0Framf\u00f6r allt s\u00e5 st\u00e5r man d\u00e4r ett \u00e5r senare och s\u00e4ger “ja vi har ju \u00f6kat ganska bra tycker jag” och s\u00e5 \u00e4r det ett tyckande snarare \u00e4n fakta.<\/p>\n

What is the purpose of the goal? - Helps you prioritize.
\nWhat is the purpose of presenting the goal to your employees? - That they should be peppered and help to reach the goal.<\/p>\n

And if they are to work to reach the goal, they need to Understand<\/em> the goal! Otherwise you continue to work as usual and even though everyone is struggling and struggling, you still do not reach the goal because everyone has different priorities. You do what you think is most prio.<\/p>\n

Communicate more clearly without generalizations<\/h4>\n

But we generalize and are generally unclear most of the time actually. In the section, you get a lot of tips on how to be clear and how to stop generalizing, because it happened so easily!<\/p>\n

Du f\u00e5r ocks\u00e5 tips p\u00e5 hur man ska g\u00f6ra n\u00e4r andra generaliserar! “Everyone thinks that<\/em>” eller “it happens all the time<\/em>” h\u00f6r man ofta, fast efter att ha st\u00e4llt n\u00e5gra fr\u00e5gor om problemet s\u00e5 inser man att det inte alls \u00e4r “alla” och “hela tiden” utan n\u00e5gra f\u00e5 undantag.<\/p>\n

\u00d6verlag ett v\u00e4ldigt matnyttigt och “tipsigt” avsnitt! Jag tycker ofta att poddar pratar mycket allm\u00e4nt om vad som \u00e4r bra och d\u00e5ligt men inte konkret how<\/em> you have to think and do to make it so good! :) But we were pretty good at that in this episode, I think.<\/p>\n
