Hi hi, my name is Helena Amiley! :) We have been thinking about changing last names for a while.<\/p>\n

Amilej we pronounce it, as it is spelled, not amajly as if you read it in English.<\/p>\n

I just got an email from The Swedish Tax Agency<\/a> that the surname that Miska and I sent in the application for in May has now finally been reviewed! We have known for a while that it was approved but it should be in a proclamation or newspaper or something (I only wroted<\/strong>before autocorrect corrected me, I have such a great control over this) but as of today we are both called Amiley by last name!<\/p>\n

What does Amiley Mean?<\/h4>\n

It is a made-up name, you can only change your last name if you get married, take a family name or come up with one that no one else is called.<\/p>\n

Vi har velat byta efternamn ganska l\u00e4nge och kom p\u00e5 Amiley n\u00e4r vi skojade \/ brainstormade p\u00e5 altanen, mitt bland alla tokiga namn vi kom p\u00e5 s\u00e5 slog jag ihop “Annika” och “Mileya” som vi bor med och ins\u00e5g att Amiley \u00e4r ju j\u00e4ttefint!<\/p>\n

So it does not matter, but when I thought about it more, it struck me that Amiley is also a mixture of all my nephews' names (Meja, Mila, Mille, M\u00e5ns and Alexander) so then it felt extra right!<\/p>\n

Why have we changed our last name?<\/h4>\n

Det b\u00f6rjade med att Miska ville byta eftersom han heter Isoniemi, vilket \u00e4r ganska kr\u00e5ngligt, s\u00e5 b\u00f6rjade vi prata lite om att ans\u00f6ka ihop. Lite som ett mini-giftem\u00e5l haha, jag tycker \u00e4nd\u00e5 inte att efternamn \u00e4r s\u00e5 viktigt utan k\u00e4nner lite “varf\u00f6r inte?” :)<\/p>\n

So now our names are Helena Amiley and Miska Amiley which feels so heavenly cozy! \u2665<\/p>\n

Then it is a bonus not to have anything with the letter \u00f6, that R\u00f6nnblad must be written as Ronnblad. We have e.g. plans to live in Spain in the future. Now I can use my whole name without any weirdness with the dots :)<\/p>\n

So now I have a little to stand in haha. Get a new driver's license, passport and change last names on my social channels and company stuff.<\/p>\n

I have also had plans to redo the design in the blog a bit, but have been waiting for the last name change for some really unclear reason. Most psychically, I think, that autumn and new surnames will be like a fresh start? :)<\/p>\n

So now it starts, my fresh start 2020! Lol!<\/p>\n

By the way, I sometimes get the question about my Sunday posts, that I stopped them shortly after the corona struck and if I should not start again. There are several reasons for this, but I definitely intend to get better at writing more about entrepreneurship and other non-makeup related stuff again!<\/p>\n

Jag b\u00f6rjade jobba s\u00e5 mycket hemifr\u00e5n plus det mesta jag g\u00f6r handlar om mitt nya sminkm\u00e4rke som jag \u00e4nd\u00e5 inte kan skriva om, s\u00e5 jag tappade lusten n\u00e4r de flesta dagar var “h\u00e4r sitter jag p\u00e5 samma stol som alltid framf\u00f6r dator och jobbar med saker jag inte kan ber\u00e4tta om” haha.<\/p>\n

But I will try to come up with a better balance there, I do not write properly here in the blog :)<\/p>\n
