Hello hello everyone! :)<\/p>\n

Here I sit this Valentine's Day and feel the urge to write!<\/p>\n

I have my cat Viktoria in my arms, I am completely dressed in red for the day (dress, lipstick & nail polish) and just had a sweet heart attack because Viktoria turned her head and looked me in the eyes when I started singing a song! How sweet?<\/p>\n

Got the question on Insta story from a follower who wondered how my start in 2021 has been, so thought I could chat a bit about it in the blog! :) I always get so shocked when I realize that people are reading and<\/em> cares haha. I asked e.g. on Instagram if someone operated on the tonsils and wanted to answer my questions and I got SO many answers! Long layouts as well. Imagine how good a time we really live in now? You have like a team around you constantly. Gold!!<\/p>\n

Healthier 2021!<\/h4>\n

Now I have been nagging about my throat problems for 2.5 years and it does not get better. But not worse either :) Now I have decided to run a final test period with different methods and if this does not help, it will be the knife. But I am so<\/em> r\u00e4dd f\u00f6r att operera bort halsmandlarna. Dessutom s\u00e4ger l\u00e4karna “fr\u00e5gan \u00e4r om det hj\u00e4lper” s\u00e5 det \u00e4r inte ett l\u00e4tt beslut.<\/p>\n

The methods I am currently testing:<\/p>\n

Infrared light!<\/strong> It is healing and is used on, among other things, sports injuries. I think it works so that the heat from the red light goes several centimeters into the body and causes artificial fever. This triggers a natural healing process in the area, a bit like acupuncture I think?<\/p>\n

2. Move me more!<\/strong> Mina dagar spenderas mestadels sittandes framf\u00f6r datorn. Vi bor s\u00e5 litet s\u00e5 inte ens “g\u00e5 till k\u00f6ket” \u00e4r n\u00e5gon r\u00f6relse f\u00f6r mig, jag bara st\u00e4ller mig upp och v\u00e4nder mig om s\u00e5 \u00e4r jag i k\u00f6ket haha.<\/p>\n

I have therefore started dancing inside Annika's living room when she is at work! :) Headphones with spicy music and then I entertain myself by bouncing around for an hour type. It's great fun !! I do it Monday-Friday and actually feel on the weekend that I long for Monday to dance again.<\/p>\n

3. Manukahonung -<\/strong> Heard that this should be good for sore throat. Honey is useful, everyone says! I hate honey though, especially Manuka honey I have now learned the hard way. But every night I take a tops and put a click on each tonsil, trying not to swallow for a while.<\/p>\n

4. Eat only naturally -<\/strong>\u00a0Enbart frukt, n\u00f6tter, gr\u00f6nsaker, rotfrukter och vissa dagar fisk (men mestadels helt veganskt f\u00f6rutom \u00e4gg fr\u00e5n v\u00e5ra egna h\u00f6ns). Ibland lite grekisk yoghurt som s\u00e5s, men det \u00e4r v\u00e5rt st\u00f6rsta “fusk” :)<\/p>\n

We eat quite healthy otherwise too but not at this level as we have been doing now for 2 weeks. But it's going great, I've never eaten so good and luxurious every day! Miska is so good at making healthy dishes incredibly good, I do not understand how he does! I'm otherwise a pretty picky person but this is just pure pleasure actually!<\/p>\n

I love parsnips! Nothing new for this health period, but otherwise as well. How can there be so little talk about parsnips? Is it just me love<\/em> the? I get safe from parsnip :)<\/p>\n

Now it's exactly one month since I had a sore throat and high fever last time, so it should be on g again soon if it continues as usual. So keep your fingers crossed that it stays away now! At least longer periods.<\/p>\n

No customer bookings for me for a period<\/h4>\n

After we moved the salon and I no longer have an office there, I have worked from home and only went in one day a week to take my regular customers. It's fun with my regulars, like meeting friends almost :) so I did not want to stop.<\/p>\n

Jag brukar samla alla kunder p\u00e5 samma dag och det har g\u00e5tt bra tidigare. Men andra corona-v\u00e5gen slog till h\u00e5rdare \u00e4n n\u00e5gonsin p\u00e5 salongen och efter flera “misslyckade” arbetsdagar s\u00e5 ins\u00e5g jag att jag m\u00e5ste ta en paus med detta. Mina stamkunder bokas numera in p\u00e5 mina kollegor ist\u00e4llet.<\/p>\n

There have been so many cancellations at the last minute due to symptoms, which is absolutely right! But it does not really work for me who goes in alone for my bookings. Counting on bookings several hours in a row but then only having 1-2 customers, means that I went back financially after petrol, parking, VAT and taxes. I would have earned more by staying home.<\/p>\n

Very boring! But still a simple decision because it was so every week, I can not pay money to work. No wonder :) Now I long for spring and vaccine so I can start taking customers again!<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

I still work with the company from home. Here I sit in bed with reports, salaries and layoffs. And the lamp with infrared light towards the neck :)<\/p>\n

My other companies!<\/h4>\n

My working days mostly consist of other work though! Partly some advertising revenue via the blog, which we are working on to SEO-adapt even more. Google is the source of my biggest income right now, haha.<\/p>\n

Miska and I have started a separate limited company and work with other assignments in addition to the salon. Miska also builds websites and helps companies with digital marketing, including to a veterinary clinic that has received incredibly good results from this!<\/p>\n

But mostly I work with my third limited company. Emma and I, who are my new business partner, are developing a completely new make-up brand and are both working full time with this. It's video meetings, it's research, it's tests, it's negotiation, it's lawyers.<\/p>\n

But more than that I can not go into unfortunately, due to privacy :)<\/p>\n

Wonderful days!<\/h4>\n

When you dribble three companies in the middle of a pandemic, there is a lot that is constantly shaking. Even privately, our van is in the workshop again and my regular car that we crashed into a tree in the middle of the day, we find no cheap doors to. So it just stands ..<\/p>\n

But I'm starting to get a little more fluent some days, I still feel! :)<\/p>\n

Och s\u00e5 f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker jag passa p\u00e5 att njuta lite ocks\u00e5, det \u00e4r ju trots allt en ganska unik period just nu. Vi bor p\u00e5 samma tomt som Annika och Mileya – som nu \u00e4r 2 \u00e5r och v\u00e4rldens goaste! Jag jobbar hemifr\u00e5n varje dag och min katt Viktoria k\u00e4nner sig mycket bortsk\u00e4md \u00f6ver detta ;) Jag och Miska har det j\u00e4ttebra ihop fast vi \u00e4r med varandra 24\/7 i denna lilla stuga. Och planerar dessutom att “bygga mindre” i och med v\u00e5r sk\u00e5pbil som vi ska b\u00f6rja bygga p\u00e5 igen s\u00e5 fort kylan f\u00f6rsvinner :)<\/p>\n

Just one such thing that this was my coffee break the other day! To live in the country and only a few 100 m from such a nice lake. I just wanted to take the glittering snow and lay straight on the eyelids haha, how nice? :)<\/p>\n

Jag \u00e4r faktiskt lite “f\u00f6rf\u00f6ljd” av ordet “gratitude” som jag ser precis \u00f6verallt. Lite som att universum vill s\u00e4ga n\u00e5gonting till mig. En morgon k\u00e4nde jag mig super-spirituell och t\u00e4nkte mycket p\u00e5 attraktionslagen och s\u00e5dan. D\u00e5 drog jag ett \u00e4nglakort (inget jag g\u00f6r mycket, men jag har en kortlek och tror p\u00e5 s\u00e5nt) och fick \u00e4ven d\u00e5 kortet “gratitude”. N\u00e4r jag l\u00e4ste i boken om vad kortet betyder s\u00e5 var det i princip om attraktionslagen! Att om jag \u00e4r tacksam f\u00f6r allt gott jag har nu och t\u00e4nker p\u00e5 vad jag vill ha mer av (eller forts\u00e4tta ha kvar) i framtiden, s\u00e5 kommer jag att f\u00e5 det.<\/p>\n

How appropriate! :)<\/p>\n

Today when I was doing the dishes, my brain wandered away and I actually put my future dreams into words in a pretty good way; I want my life to be better than my Instagram! Haha wow how silly it sounded without explanation !!<\/p>\n

Men alla s\u00e4ger ju j\u00e4mnt “alla l\u00e4gger bara upp det b\u00e4sta p\u00e5 Instagram, det \u00e4r inte verkligheten” och det st\u00e4mmer ju. Men varje g\u00e5ng jag och Miska \u00e4r ute och reser s\u00e5 k\u00e4nner jag tv\u00e4rtom – det var mycket, mycket, mycket b\u00e4ttre \u00e4n hur det s\u00e5g ut p\u00e5 Instagram! Det \u00e4r s\u00e5 mycket som f\u00f6rsvinner n\u00e4r man bara l\u00e4gger ut bilder och filmklipp, internsk\u00e4mten man skapar, den h\u00e4rliga st\u00e4mningen o.s.v.<\/p>\n

S\u00e5 vill jag att mitt liv ska vara ocks\u00e5, att n\u00e4r folk s\u00e4ger “ni ser ut att ha ett s\u00e5 h\u00e4rligt liv” s\u00e5 \u00e4r f\u00f6rsta k\u00e4nslan “om det ser h\u00e4rligt ut p\u00e5 Instagram s\u00e5 kan jag s\u00e4ga att det faktiskt \u00e4r yet<\/em> better!" :)<\/p>\n

Is not it a good goal to strive for? I think it will be so. Soon you will hear me utter those words, haha!<\/p>\n
