Here comes my interpretation!
I added a little shimmer in the corner of the eye and a navy blue eyeliner along the lower lash line, to emphasize your brown eyes more. Cold highlights warm.

1. Light eye shadow deepest on the eyelid.
2. The same bright eye shadow in the corner of the eye and at the bottom of the lower lash line.
3. Black eye shadow at the end of the eyelid.
4. Black eye shadow also at the end of the lower lash line.
5. Blur the edges.
6. Black eyeliner along the upper lash line, Yves Rocher Eyeliner (01 Noir)
7. Navy blue eyeliner at the bottom of the lower lash line, Anastasia Waterproof Covet Eyeliner (Azure)
8. White eyeliner along the waterline, IsaDora Inliner Kajal (50 Satin White)
Light shimmery eye shadow In the corner of the eye.
8. Finish with black mascara on all lashes, Yves Rocher Lash Plumping Mascara.
