Since you have glasses, I recommend shimmery shadows, and that you also put on a little lighter make-up on the inside of the eye - it makes the eye stand out more behind the frames.
Applying a colorful eyeliner along the waterline also gives the eye a more intense impression, which can be effective when you have glasses, while the color also makes the eyes more visible!
The glitter on this make-up is the finishing touch, so that your eyes are really visible even though you have a light make-up behind the glasses :)
