Purple and gold… Is not it one of the world's most beautiful color combinations? Here is a make-up in just that, where I made a gold eyeliner! :)
Here is such a make-up that is very easy to do, and which highlights the eyes super nicely! In addition, it is a perfect party look if you like relatively light make-up that is still properly visible.
The only thing I have done is to apply a purple eye shadow on the entire eyelid and tone out the edges. And then applied a light, shimmery eye shadow in the middle of the eyelid and in the corner of the eye. And then finished with a gold glittery eyeliner and mascara. Busenkelt!
The ombre lips are made with the two different lip pens from Golden Rose. Durable and nice :)
Purple eye shadow on the entire eyelid, Byher 40 palette. Bright, shimmery eye shadow in the corner of the eye and in the middle of the eyelid, Annika's Favorite Shadow. Gold glitter eyeliner, nail glitter from Depend (not available to buy anymore I think) and I have attached the glitter with Mixing Liquid from Make Up Store. Mascara on the upper lashes and the outer lower lashes (bad lash day hehe), Magnetic Lash Mascara.

When I mentioned my internship at Creative Make Up in yesterday's eyebrow post, I got this question that I thought I would answer in a post if more people are curious: “När praktiserade du? Eller rättare sagt, varför? Vad läste du?”
It was only a week in high school actually :) During high school you have some weeks of internship, and one of those weeks I was at Creative Make Up in Uppsala and that was when I started to get to know Annika who has done my cosmetic tattoos!
Two of my sisters had tattooed themselves at her salon, and then also David who worked there then did makeup, lashes and eyebrows, so I decided to ask for an internship there, and so I got it! So it was only a week I was there (I think, maybe 2?) And both David and Annika were busy with theirs so it was mostly me and two other interns who made up each other.
Actually, they only accepted interns who studied makeup in some way, such as the stylist line, but I still flirted thanks to my makeup blog! They saw how interested I was (and good, although I myself look back on the make-up of that time and almost ashamed hehe) so it's a tip for you who want to become makeup artists - start a make-up blog! Even if you do not update every day or work to get a lot of readers, it is still a good CV :)
The most fun with the practice was to get a response and constructive criticism of the make-up they did, but since we were several there and they almost only wore a make-up model, I do not know if I became directly better at that time. However, it gave me a lot in the end because Annika and I clicked so well, and through her I got some jobs afterwards (eg bridal makeup that she did not have time for) and also I still have the opportunity to borrow a chair at her salon if I were to need for my own clients, so that's wonderful!

Now Annika has a new salon, and it was actually last Saturday that I borrowed a chair from her last time! A girl from Gimo contacted me when her mother-in-law turned 50 and got me as a surprise gift! :) Super cool! She knew nothing more than that she would be unmade. So I had a course with her, made her nice and explained in detail what I did and why, and afterwards she got a kit with all the products I had used, everything from my webshop! Fun right? Then they went out and had a nice dinner!
So there you have the story of why I know Annika and have a contact to Creative Make Up. It went a long way haha, but I know that I have many young readers who want to invest in this profession and then maybe this post is good inspiration! Imagine that I still have so many benefits thanks to the fact that I chose such a good internship the second year in high school :)
As you know, I did permanent makeup on the eyebrows a few weeks ago, at Annika's Creative Make Up in Uppsala. Then you got to see pictures of what it looked like when they were newly made, and now I have photographed what the eyebrows look like now that they have healed as well :)
I made the last return visit 1 week ago so now they are completely ready, and I am super happy!
Fina va? It looks very natural even though they are so well-shaped :) I have these nice eyebrows 24/7 now, perfect for me who has such sparse and difficult-to-work straws naturally!
So here is before and after, although I have tattooed the eyebrows before so they are not completely naked in the before picture but they have faded very much! Now I also made them a little wider.
Här ser ni direkt efter att jag tatuerade dom, samt hur dom ser ut idag efter återbesök och läkning. Inte lika “streckiga” :)
Och här är “riktiga” före och efter-bilder. Före-bilden är en gammal blixtbild men ni ser i alla fall hur brynen såg ut helt innan tatueringen. Jag vet, nu tänker ni så här “what in the name of peace has she done with her eyebrows?!?!?”And I agree with you haha!
In my defense, I can say that at this time I had not realized how good it is with eyebrow scissors, and besides, I put on make-up all the time so I only cared about what the eyebrows looked like when they were filled. And to be able to make up the shape I wanted, I had to remove a lot. I kind of put on make-up first and then I removed everything that was out of shape - a technique I do not recommend! If you, like me, have very sparse eyebrows, use the scissors diligently :)
Och i “slutet” innan jag tatuerade dom så blev det faktiskt värre en vanligt, vilket ni ser på bilden. Jag hade nämligen praktik på Creative Make Up med massa andra elever och då använda vi varandra som sminkmodeller. Och jag vet inte varför men alla skulle prompt plocka några strån var varje gång dom sminkade mig, så till slut hade jag nu nästan inga kvar..
