A really nice make-up does not always have to be so complicated! Today I have selected a single eyeshadow that I smoked around the entire eyes, and then just brightened up the waterline with white eyeliner and applied mascara.
I complemented the look with a nice autumn color on the lips and then I was prettier than ever! :)

Now I have changed nail polish again to one that I think is so incomparably nice that I will probably keep it until it starts to look ugly, and not change as often as I have done the last few days :)
I love light nail polish and this one feels so wintry and nice that I will probably pick it up again when the winter cold is here for real. But white always works, so who knows, it might be more times even before that;)

My nails are starting to get very long now, I have painted over the growth so you do not see how much they have grown out. However, do not dare to cut with a regular nail scissors, they are so hard that it feels like they will crack then! And the file will take an eternity, as I said they are quite hard .. I have to think about that for a while!
I got this comment on my post about mineral makeup and dry skin the other day: “Det sägs ju att man ska ”återfukta väl” innan man applicerar mineralpuder på en torr hy & då undrar jag hur det menas med återfukta väl? Ska man ta mer ansiktskräm än vanligt? Eller ska man återfukta som vanligt & när detta torkat in, återfukta igen? Ska man låta ansiktskrämen torka in helt innan applicering av mineralpudret eller ska ytan fortfarande vara fuktigt? Jag tycker att det är jättesvårt att få till det”
You do not need to use more face cream than usual, nor more times, but it can be good to apply make-up before it has had time to penetrate the skin completely. But you do not need to put on make-up immediately after you have applied it either, the skin does not need to be sticky, but on a snuff-dry surface it is difficult to get dry products such as mineral powder to attach and that is why it is often said moisturize well.
Exakt hur länge du ska vänta och inte vänta efter insmörjning beror lite på din hy, många har vissa områden som suger åt sig krämen snabbt och är man torr på bara vissa områden så blir resultatet inte lika jämnt. Det beror också på din kräm, vissa går in snabbare i huden än andra. När huden känns jämnt återfuktat utan att vara kladdig eller “blöt” så kan du börja sminka dig!
In other words, lubricate the entire face with a cream that contains a lot of moisture, and put on make-up before the skin has had time to absorb everything. You can also supplement with a face mist to give the skin even more moisture, and to be on the safe side, it is always a plus with a face primer underneath as well, because then you basically always get an even and nice result :)
