Så här inför jul- och nyårsafton så kan det vara mysigt att ha en spadag någon dag innan man vill känna sig lite extra fin. Speciellt om man har en fet och oren hy, då kan man verkligen känna sig lite mer “på topp” om man har haft en ta-hand-om-huden-dag i förväg och gjort rent huden på djupet!
I who have both sensitive and oily skin invest in cleaning the skin properly, and then soothing and moisturizing it as much as possible afterwards.
Now I thought I would tell you about my facial routine on the days I take care of the skin a little more than usual, with a focus on making it as clean as possible before it's time for a soothing face mask!
1. Open the pores by boiling a saucepan of water and then sit for about 5 minutes and keep your face above the water vapor.
2. Scrub the face with a mild peeling (not one for the body, but one that is adapted for the face), I use Sanctum Gentle Face Exfoliant.
3. Then apply a deep cleansing face mask that pulls out excess oil and impurities from the pores, I recommend Lumene Matt Touch Deep-Cleansing Peat Mask it is very good! Both me and my sister see a difference in the pores already after the first use.

I do not have a lot of blackheads and impurities, but you still see a little difference in the before and after pictures! So this is the same day, before and after the four steps I wrote about above.
