Yesterday I tested Sephora's new thinking Upside Down Mascara, which consists of two mascara brushes in one to be able to paint both on the top and bottom of the lashes at the same time!
It costs 180 ISK.
Jag både älskar och hatar den här mascaran. Jag var skeptisk från början, då det känns som en typisk “wow-varför-har-ingen-tänkt-på-det-här-tidigare- produkt” som i praktiken inte fungerar riktigt till 100%.
I think it's a bit like that too, at the same time as it still went better than I expected!
How can you not smudge on the eyelid (?) was my first thought, but it still went well, I got a small mascara stain on one eye only, and the formula in the mascara felt easy to work and comfortable.
If the end result was so much to cheer for, I do not know. After a few times, I think you get a better technique, it went better in the other eye then. So I'm pretty sure you can get a better result than what I got in these pictures, but I do not know, probably no super-mega-wow effect then it also feels like.
The lashes became a bit messy, which may be because I took photos at the same time and the mascara he dried a bit before I was done.
But it is very fun to use, and if I had the energy to practice a little with it, I would have done it! This is how you do it:
På bild nr.2 ser det ut som jag håller på att slita av fransarna haha, det var dock ingenting jag upplevde när jag applicerade. Jag har bara ett lock som har väldigt lätt för att “lyfta sig” hehe.
